Very unpleasant, I don't know if I will get over this , it has made me sick and depressed. I don't know how this xxxx can go on . I go to him to tell him about oil leaking from the front of this raggedy Lexus. It cost me 733.00 $ in just 2 months after I got it. Oh! While big crystal 🔮 Steve is looking at it , he tells me I am going to need a transmission. I am pissed, I wonder when that will happen. This thing is draining my account and I felt like Steve enjoyed screwing me . Like wanting to ruin my life. I am looking into something's to take action. Don't go , it's like a smart friend said "but he knew that was bad. They play this dumbstruck attitude Makes me fnnn sick, grow up and treat people right. I want to take action, I can't believe this crap

My car was good at first, the seller Steve was really nice and gave me a good deal! Then 4 days after I got the thing, I discovered what looked like Worms . Only to find out that it was a carpet beetle infestation. I did what I could to get rid of em and the car was still running good. About 2 weeks ago I noticed it was riding funny and I had to put on the gas really hard to accelerate. Now I have a huge transmission fluid leak and the car will not move , it goes in gear but I’m pretty sure the transmission is shot! I’ve only had this car a little over 3 months and it’s already broken down. So my advice is if you choose to Go with Marshall motors, bring a mechanic with you!!

Steve and Don were great. I bought a truck, left with it and the check engine light came on soon after I left. I called Don and he said "bring it back. We don't do business like that." It took a few tries to get it fixed but they were determined to make it right. Steve and Don were great! Thanks!

I'm astonished that a business as unethical as this is still in business. I inquired about a used car, albeit a very cheep one, that was being sold 'as is'. This being the case and it being a bit of a drive for me, I made some general inquiries. I understand the they don't go into full diagnostic mode on an 'as is' vehicle, but they did say they did some sort of presale check. They were very evasive and plead ignorance and said they would check with service (Nick Theile). I never had one informative reply so I drove down. The car was an absolute shambles. I could see rust strips hanging down under the pass. side. When I put my hand under that side my hand when all the way, practically into the car and a pile of rust fell onto the driveway. I had a brief look under and the problem was VERY extensive. The front part of the body was hanging off of the drivers side and the interior was a complete shambles. The glove box and the compartment between the seats hand been pulled out and there was just this big hole there. The seat had a huge rip in it an the interior in general was as dirtier and, frankly, skummier exponentially as any car I have ever seen. I felt as if I needed a tetanus shot and an antibiotic just sitting in it. It was, in a word, disgusting. I decided to start it up and it sounded like a freight train. Now, again, I understand the concept of 'as is' and I wasn't expecting much, but I could see in three minutes, without any mechanic, all of these issues and that this car was toast. All these things were plainly obvious, yet, they said nothing. They immediately went into, "Well we have other vehicles - tell me what you are looking for" etc. This was obviously a 'come on' and a 'bait and switch'. I have been searching a while for an inexpensive used cars and have found cheaper cars that were in decent shape and most owners were very helpful and informative. DO NOT BUY FROM OR TRUST THIS PLACE!

Every employee at Marshall motors were very kind. Steve is a saint I will buy again It was a great experience everyone was very nice Steve was very helpful. So grateful thanks😇

This was the quickest car buying experience I've ever had. The staff was super friendly and made this an amazing car buying experience for my daughter. I'd highly recommend them when you are looking for a reliable car!!
