I just got the car from there. During the process, they made some mistakes and took me a whole day to get the car. Overall, the service is fine but a lot... of room to improve.
The Ross staff were very helpful. This is our second Nissan from Ross, and we are very satisfied. Salesperson Imber Rojas was particularly attentive and... knowledgeable. For the second time, Imber explained the functions of the vehicle and accommodated all of our requests and answered all of our questions.
My experience was terrible I can’t get the car been dreaming
1. The vehicle had front end damage. Nothing was said to m 2. The finance department rode up the contract leaving out my wife. 3. Sold me a car with only... one entrance keyless key. Will not return any of my phone calls to purchase another one. 4. Now I have to refinance the car in order to get the wife's name on it. Not a happy camper
Sales and dealers are very welcoming. Their finance dept and Bankers used for your car are pushy. Tried to sell me a car not even close to the car I wanted... just so the bank can approve. Not listening to my requests. Be cautious to negotiation.
Faustino was professional and customer oriented the whole time. Also he always had a smile on his face. Some the service providers did not.
