Absolute worst experience buying a car.

Absolute worst experience buying a car. I bought a 2016 VW Tiguan from them about 2 months back and the car has been nothing but a lemon. They had supposedly done an oil change before I picked up the car. The first day driving it home, the oil sensor light comes on! So I call them and they tell me to take it to their mechanic. He supposedly changed the sensor and lo and behold, two weeks later, same issue. Next the right headlamp were not working. Again took it to their mechanic. Light worked for a week or so and went out again. They have horrible communication when you try to contact them. I became so frustrated I finally took it to my own mechanic. When he looked over the vehicle, the oil in the engine was like mud. THERE IS NO WAY THEY HAD CHANGED TO OIL. The car has an oil leak which needs to be fixed too. So far, above the price I paid for the car, I doled out over $1500 in basic repairs. My warning to anyone going here is beware. If I could rate them a negative, I would.

I found amazing deal at Socal Auto Group, 2013 Tesla

I found amazing deal at Socal Auto Group, 2013 Tesla Model S with low miles. Took car to inspection, found few things here and there but nothing serious, so I pull the trigger. The transaction went smooth, Andrew was very informative and polite, got me in and out in less than an hour! Love the car, so far so good! Don't listen to anyone and just do your own research!

Find another dealer. They don’t care.

I can certainly see why this dealership has terrible reviews. It’s not open during flexible hours for most working adults, getting any response to emails and calls is a task in and of itself. Doesn’t seem like they truly want to sell cars with customer service this low. Over a week trying to get info on a car. Pass.

Family Owned & First Class Treatment

Fantastic and trustworthy. Bought a 2007 Sante Fe Hyundai for my daughter. Car was in great shape! Mike recommended a great 3 year warranty to ensure all was perfect out the door. Everything went as planned- car drove like a champ. Had it shipped out to AZ which they oversaw and I greatly appreciated. Family ran business who cares beyond the $$.

My offer was WAY to low!

My offer was WAY to low! I bought my car 2 yrs ago for $15,000. And put in many up grades. And my offer was less than $4,000!
