I called at least 5 different times and texted several times and they never got back to me. I was really interested in that 2005 infinity.

Steer clear!!!!!

Purchased a 7 series BMW from this dealer. Drove the car back to northern CA where I noticed an oil leak. I took the car to a reliable mechanic here and was informed that the car should not have passed smog due to the snap test for smoke. It dumps blue smoke out of the tailpipe and would have failed. I took the car to a smog referee where the car immediately failed. The issue is failing valve guides. The cost to cure is $6000. I contacted the dealership and they told me to call the smog shop they used to smog the car and that they wouldn't assist in the repairing of the car or give me a refund. I reported these guys to DMV investigations and the Bureau of Automotive repair. Both have open investigations against these people. This is what my car looks like today. Be very careful when dealing with these guys. I suggest working with another dealership altogether.

Dealership was asked to call and only an automated email

Dealership was asked to call and only an automated email was sent. If a salesmen wants to sell a vehicle then he MUST call the leads.

On 11/13/2021 I purchased a 2015 Volvo XC60XC60 from Tom who explained to me the vehicle was as is but that there was a policy that I could purchase that would cover my engine and transmission (along with a few other things) for 3yrs AFTER the 3yrs my engine and transmission was covered for life. I drove the car less than 400miles and my dashboard started lighting up, I immediately took the car to Volvo and this is what they found; Pads and Rotors in the front - $873 the insurance is offering $200 Thermostat replaced $671 the insurance is offering $370 ECM Module $1,969.31 the insurance isnt offering anything towards this Battery replace (the car is a turbo so it has 2 batteries) $572 the insurance is offering $150 Engine Mounts (there are 3 needed out of 5) 1) $479, 2) $169, 3) $704 the insurance is offering nothing towards any of them stating (wear and tear that I should have seen before buying the car). Oil Filter/Change $141 the insurance is offering $80 Bumper Cover (Labor Only) $92 the insurance is not covering anything towards that My Total $5999.92 my Gold Standard Insurance is willing to pay $730.07 They were able to see that the codes on the vehicle were erased 2 days prior to me buying the vehicle - so even if I had a code scanner with me I would not be able to see the codes once they were cleared. ***UPDATE*** Finally heard back from Tom who literally told me "good luck" on getting help through legal avenues since that they would not be helping me. Also, when I purchased the care Tom told me my car the T5 was a 5cylinder vehicle when in fact it is 4cylinders. Also now they found an oil leak. So its $5000 on top of the $16,000 for the car on top of the $4,000 for the Gold Standard warranty. Tom did mention that he has seen my reviews so that is a plus but I am not done yet :) The owner is listed as Voronkov Dimitry if anyone knows this person you might want to let them know how Tom is ruining their business.

Buyer BEWARE!

Buyers Beware!! Seriously. Tom claims to be the owner and is not. I just purchased a Mercedes from this place sight unseen (Yes my fault). Car is a basic wreck. SoCal tried to blame the shipping company they hired. Do your homework, I didn’t realize all the bad reviews but you have to dig. I hope to prevent my experience from happening to others.

Only thing good was getting me financed. Truck bad

Let me start out with a positive. They got me financed. Now, I usually don’t leave reviews unless they were really bad or really good, so you be the judge for this one. I found their website and needed a truck. I found this truck with over 10 pictures advertising a tonneau cover and stereo. I liked the price so called then and got approved for financing. I told them that I would fly down there, stay in a motel the night before and Uber to their location. I got to their lot 15 minutes before they opened. They got there and I identified myself as the buyer for the Ford truck. The salesman attempted to start it to no avail. Then they put a new battery in it, and they asked me if I wanted to test drive which I did. When I walked up to the truck, I saw this big dent in the bed. I asked them about that and was told that they tried to show the dent in the pictures but nothing was mentioned in the text about the truck in their advertisement. I went on a test drive and noticed the brake light was on. They said do not worry about it that it was just the parking brake light. I was stuck 200 miles from home, so I had no choice but to drive it out of there. If I were closer, I would not have purchased it. I stopped 50 miles down the road for a cup of coffee. Then it would not start. I opened the hood and found a lot of corrosion on battery cable that was not cleaned when they did the battery. I had to walk ½ mile to parts store to purchase some tools to clean battery cable. It started right up. I made it home and parked it on my driveway. Moved it the next morning only to find oil had leaked out of engine all over my driveway. To summarize. The brake light on is a malfunction in the instrument cluster so it must be replaced. The mirror switch had to be replaced. One tire was almost bald. Replaced two tires. The tonneau cover had no lock, just a hole where it used to be. One shock to hold it up is bad and the other side shock is missing including the shock mount. The stereo had to be replaced. The left rear window will not operate. Probably a window motor. I understand that it was a used truck, but I think it should at least go one month without multiple repairs. Some of these items were safety items. The oil leaks so bad that the engine smokes and I am afraid it will catch on fire, so I have to see what the leaks are and get it repaired. SO recommendation. Don’t make a decision when you look at the pictures. Test drive and have your mechanic look at it. I am going to have to let it sit a while until I can afford to get it fixed.

Do yourself a favor, shop elsewhere

Tried to purchase a vehicle from this dealership from across the country. Response times were slow, which isn't that big of a deal by itself. The end result however, was not great. I scheduled a PPI with a local shop after some back and forth with Tom at SoCal. I tried to get a purchase agreement in place and place a deposit on the vehicle, but was told they don't take deposits. They said they would hold the vehicle once I had a plane ticket showing I was a serious buyer. Before the PPI was complete, I booked a non-refundable flight to hold the vehicle, but just over an hour before the inspection was to be completed, I received a call from Georgie (who is only there one day a week) saying that the vehicle was being sold at that moment. So here I am with a useless one-way ticket to LAX, and some serious contempt for the shady dealings of this dealership. Do yourself a favor, and shop anywhere but this circus tent of a dealership. Or, if you are set on a vehicle on this lot, just know that you are going to be dealing with a bunch of clowns.
