Fields in Sanford is a great place to purchase a vehicle. I could not ask for a better sales person (Brent Osbourne). Very professional, friendly, helpful.... My experience at Fields Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram made car buying seem less intense than your stereotypical car dealership experience. As a first time car... buyer, I had no idea what to expect. In fact, I just went there on a whim. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Chatham Darling, a sales consultant. He provided the most professional experience possible, had answers to all of my questions, AND helped me on the path to leaving with my first vehicle owned. He was very patient, very understanding, knowledgeable on products/vehicles available, and kind. He was as natural as can be and he didnt come off as the type to just sell you something right away. He gave me some great options and told me what may or may not be beneficial to me based on my preferences. I HIGHLY advise you to seek Chatham when visiting. Id also like to thank both managers Mark and Ventura as well as Ronda (Sorry if I spelled anyones name wrong!!) they were a big help Im my decision making and made this experience amazing. I will never forget this experience and I can not stress this enough, this was the best costumer service I have ever received. I wished this was offered everywhere!!!

Very poor Customer Service: This time, I tried to get scheduled for the T33 Safety Recall. They kept hanging up on me and the FSA agent who I contacted... for scheduling assistance. We ended up having to abandon our contact with Fields and went to Hurley for scheduling instead. There's some serious customer service issues at Fields and they don't seem to be interested in fixing it as this is an ongoing problem for over a year.
