Searching a used vehicle

We recently purchased a 2010 Ford Escape. We found the salesman, Jose, superior and not "pushy". We found the dealership honest in every way. We traveled from Norwich, Ct. Upon getting another vehicle, we will call them. We highly recommend them.

Go see Jose!

Our salesman Jose was easy to work with and very knowledgeable and helpful. I was kept informed every step of the way during the financing approval process. I definitely recommend Jose and Mike’s Motors.

Mike best dealership around I worked with jason he got me approved with not the greatest credit and help me get insurance the goat literally.

Seamless Purchase, cannot be happier

These guys are absolutely fantastic. They got me into the car of my dreams and really took care of me when accessing my trade in. Got a great rate on my financing and couldn’t be happier. Ask for Jose or Jason, they both are awesome. They have mechanics on site so you won’t worry about the quality of car you’re getting

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE

I purchased a 2011 Audi A4 from Mike's Motors on 2/26. I paid $9,000.00. I had the car for 4 days when the oil warning light came on (Sunday 3/1). It took 3 quarts of oil to register in the car’s computer (there is no dipstick to check. It's all computerized.). I sent them an email regarding this. I followed up with Jose, the sales rep on Monday 3/2 and made an appointment to come in that Friday (3/6). Jason, the manager called me back a few hours later and told me that he was certain that the car wasn’t down the 3 quarts I added. He said he was certain that their mechanic had changed the oil before I assumed ownership. He was also certain that it wasn’t low on oil, but it was a bad sensor. I disagreed because the car ran perfect after I added the oil. If it was 3 quarts over, it would have smoked. It would probably ruin the PCV system as well. Jason told me that he knew it was the sensor because he had sold a previous Audi with the same issue. He told me to bring the car in immediately. I brought it the next day (3/3). When I picked up the car that afternoon I spoke to Jason, Jose and the mechanic. All 3 of them assured me that the issue was not that the car was leaking oil like I told them. They were positive that the issue was the sensor. All 3 of them also told me to ignore the warning light if it came back on. They told me that they ordered the sensor and were going to install it when it arrived. The oil warning light came back on 3/8. Per their instructions, I ignored it. On 3/10 while on the highway driving approximately 70 mph in 6th gear (around 2,500 rpms), the engine made a loud noise and shut off. I called Jason and he sent a tow truck to pick up the vehicle. He called me later that day and told me the engine was blown and he would talk to the owner about repairing it. The next day he informed me that they wouldn't be responsible for it and if I wanted any resolution, to take them to court. The car came back to them less than a week after I bought it. Then, a week after that the motor is blown as a direct result of the oil issue. I hired a lawyer. He has lost contact with Mike's Motors. Because of COVID, I am going to have to wait for a court date. I've been without a vehicle since this incident.

What an amazing experience

I have been looking for a very specific vehicle for the last few months and have had very bad experiences with multiple dealers. When I saw the ad for the car i wanted it was a VW Passat premium TDI I called up and Jason picked up very upfront i asked what the out the door price was and he told me without hesitation not trying to hide anything like other dealers. I put my deposit down and the next day I came to check out the car. Mike's motors was very accommodating me and I was able to go through my 150point checklist. When it was time to sit down to come to a deal I pointed out 2 little things I wanted fixed in what the response was ill have it fixed by tomorrow (it was 10 minutes before closing) Next day I came early Jason asked me what tire had to be replaced because he saw something I missed on one of the other tires so he replaced both of them which was more than we originally agreed on All with all i am extremely happy with the dealership they make sure that all your needs are accommodated and they just make you feel respected which is not the case by other places. Jason, I thank you for helping me buy my car and I wish you all the best

Awesome Place

I would recommend this business to anyone that’s looking for a vehicle. From start to finish I felt comfortable and I adore how courteous everyone was. Jason was awesome and I will definitely be going back for two more purchases for my children

Excellent customer service!

Just bought a great used car from Mikes. Great customer service from Jose, the salesman and Jason the manager who helped me with the financing and made everything quick and easy. Very professional and will not run your credit through 5 banks like some places, they called me every step of the way and let me know what was going on. This place has tons of quality cars and great mechanics.
