    My experience with Bayside Nissan of Annapolis was nothing short of amazing and educational. After finding a car on Auto Trader, I submitted an inquiry... and Kalyn reached out to me. Let's just say this was the best sales conversation I had over the phone. She was very patient and pleasant and assured me that I was in good hands. I made an appointment to meet with the dealership the next day. Kalyn greeted me and my family (5 - myself, husband, daughters (2), and father-in law) with the most amazing smile. It was at this moment, I looked at my husband and said.. She just sold a car with her smile (lol) Kalyn then introduced us to Mark Erbling who assisted with our purchase. Mark was absolutely amazing, he knew everything about the car we wanted to purchase and took his time to explain every detail from A-Z leaving NOTHING out. Okay, now Mark just sold a car based off knowledge (lol) I joked with everyone stating Mark should write a book about Nissans.. He was so educated and didn't mind spreading his wealth of knowledge; more than a salesman, more like a family member doing his best to get his family into a car that was safe, efficient, and reliable! We noted we would bring our car to Bay Side Nissan of Annapolis for service; therefore, Mr. Erbling introduced myself and husband to the service department. My husband and myself have collectively purchased 4 cars before this experience, and have NEVER been introduced to anyone other than those needed to "seal the deal." My husband asked the manager if he could leave Mr. Erbling with a tip that's how amazing and welcoming he was. While we waited for Brian Shannon (finance) to work his magic Kalyn continued to check on, and assure us that all was well. Mr. Bryan Shannon in finance was also amazing. He took his time with us; explained all the details of financing decisions, and the importance of the WARRANTIES, especially the bumper to bumper coverage in which my husband did not want to purchase the car without. During the time of walking back and forth.. My kids sat in the lobby: Kalyn and Mark assured us they would be okay. Usually, when conducting business they are right there with us; however, we felt they were safe here and allowed them to sit in the waiting room. Did I mention I received TOP DOLLAR for my trade... Yes, TOP DOLLAR!!! This place is amazing. I would recommend them to the entire country... live in LA come on to Bayside Nissan.. It'll be worth your trip.

    I recently bought a new suv from Bayside Nissan of Annapolis. Mike was my salesperson he was very polite and a pleasure to work with. I and my wife were... very happy and pleased on how clean and shiny my new suv was the detailer that washed and cleaned my new suv David Snyder was a very nice and respectful young man I will definitely be back to bayside for my next purchase.

    My sales associate was Jordan Bates. Upon meeting Jordan, he greeted us and apologized about being a little late. He had a customer he was assisting before... us and their appointment went a little longer than expected. Jordan made us very comfortable immediately; he asked if we needed anything such as beverages or anything else to ease this process. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I inquired about and soon asked me if I wanted to test drive the vehicle. While driving, he told me more about the features of the vehicle, and had great general conversations. Normal car salesmen try to force me to buy a vehicle I inquire about; but Jordan did not do that at all. I did not feel pressured to buy the car. He was also able to get me the rate I wanted regarding this car. I would definitely refer him to family and friends who are looking for a new vehicle.

    Jordan is a personable and honest salesman who I would return to in a moment next time I need a car. Great experience overall. Always a little pressure... from sales manager and closing to buy into every little thing they offer, but nothing you can't say "no" to if it's not for you.

    We recently purchased a Nissan Pathfinder from Bayside Nissan. We worked with Mike O’Neill, who was the ultimate professional. Our buying experience... was over two days - we went In the evening and wanted to come back and see and drive again during daylight. Mike came back in to work on the second day even though he was off and was going to be headed out of state We narrowed down to two vehicles and Bayside worked up the numbers for both of them for us. In the end we received a value on our trade in and a price on the new vehicle that was very fair to both parties. We worked with Mike and the sales manager to get there with no hassle or frustration. The finance portion was quick and the finance manager continued with the same level of efficiency and professionalism we had encountered so far. Bayside is a true no hassle- no pressure dealership with a great inventory. Mike called several days later to check in and see how we were enjoying the car. We highly recommend Bayside and Mike O’Neill
