I purchased a car it started cutting off after the 8th day of purchasing and constantly thereafter. I took it to the manufacturer and found out it had a defective transmission amongst other critical things. I returned the car and they have $7,300 of my money as well the owner refuse to rectify the situation. I would say by far THEE worst car experience I’ve ever endured.
Car buying experience
This was the second time I purchased a car from Frank's auto sales. Overall, I was satisfied due to my particular circumstances. Eddie was the gentleman who did more than average to get me rolling again. Defiantly a repeat customer.
