We bought my car from Audi North Park at the end of September 2025. The car is a 2026 Audi Q4 E-tron. the battery stopped letting me charge up to 100%, we took it to the dealership shop on December 18th. they have had it since then. they said we would have an Audi rental when we took it in; they sent us to enterprise and we had to get a Chevy. I had to make several complaints for them to give us an Audi rental. I asked for an electric Audi and we were told we would get one as soon as they got one in we are STILL waiting. when we finally got the Audi rental (about a month later) the Audi rental car they sent us was so dirty we had to have it cleaned. i took pictures of how dirty it was. they said they have "fixed the battery" but now it lost 30 miles on a full charge after they "Dumped the battery". they said it still has an update that it will not recognize. I've made 2 car payments (on time) while it's been there. they called Audi corporate to see if they would "buy the vehicle back from me" and Audi said that "80% was good enough and that the car doesn't need to go to 100%". i spoke to Ray the salesman and he said even if we were to get a trade in for another vehicle they have, we would have to carry over Negative Equity even though what happened to the car was not my fault. i have only had the car since the end of September and have made 5 payments on a LEASE. we just keep get the run around for every question and having to wait a week for any update. I have gotten nothing but "oh I don't know how to answer that" or "we are still waiting". I spoke to Sean Adkins, Josh, Ray and Chase and have had nothing but attitude and no answers. When speaking to Mr. Adkins he told me, " I've been waiting for you to call me back with what you wanted to do". I called him for 2 days and all I got was "he's not at his desk" "he's out for the day" and he had the audacity to tell me he was waiting for my phone call. He also told me that if Audi "Allows me to have a trade in" that a Q5 was "good enough for me to have". The worst customer service I have EVER experienced. No help, no answer, and I can't have a car I want, just one that's "good enough"

This place has the absolute worst customer service and even the management doesnt care about helping their customers. We thought the audi brand was a highly reputable brand for luxury vehicles. Well North park Audi is doing a lot of damage to the company's reputation and good name. From secretaries hanging up on people mid sentence, to the management giving attitude for simple questions about help for a 2026 that we purchased from then 5 months ago and has been in the shop for 2 months. If you want an audi go to any other dealership besides this one. I promise you will have a way better experience.

Professional service manager, but service prices vary widely from advertised. How does an oil change for a 2017 with 70k mil s cost $400+ when all their prices say half that cost? Additionally, I walked away extremely dissatisfied after spending over $500.00 to repair a roof screen, but they were unable to find the problem. 🙄

I moved my service from Dominium Audi to North Park Audi, due to poor practices there. The service at North Park has been exceptional without fail. Service advisor explained all that was being done for our Audi S7 2024. Work done was concise and no extra un-needed repairs pushed on us. Recommendations for minor issues were spot on. I Recommend this service department over the other location.

BUYER BEWARE_ My wife and I purchased a 2025 Audi Q4 EV from Audi North Park in Selma, TX in March 2025 (VIn # WA1a5bfz0sp022589). Since the purchase, the service experience has been extremely disappointing. A few weeks ago, we experienced brief power outages due to severe weather in the San Antonio area. After the outage, my wife attempted to unplug the charger from the vehicle, but it was stuck and would not release. We contacted the dealership for assistance, but no one there could provide a solution. We then called Audi Roadside Assistance, and they were able to remove the plug—but once it was removed, the vehicle would not operate, and numerous error messages appeared on the dashboard. The car had to be towed to the dealership, and to our frustration, no loaner vehicle was available. We were without our vehicle for 7–10 days. Adding to the frustration, we were just informed that the issue is not covered under warranty and that we will need to file a claim through our insurance. We are extremely disappointed in both the lack of product knowledge from the dealership and the poor customer service throughout this ordeal. This is not the level of support we expected from Audi, especially after investing in a new EV. This is our first Audi from Audi North Park and our last purchase from this dealership.

I relocated to New Braunfels in January 2023, leaving behind the consistently professional service of my Denver Audi dealership. My experience with NorthPark Audi regarding maintenance for my Q8 and Q5 has been nothing short of a masterclass in unprofessionalism and abysmal communication. The persistent lack of urgency, interminable telephone hold times, and the repeated failure of my service representative to return calls reached such a level of incompetence that I sold my Q8 in sheer frustration. My wife, however, remained attached to her Q5. On March 13, 2025, I called to inquire about the price and schedule for a routine Q5 oil change. Astonishingly, no one could provide a price for this basic service. Instead, they took a message, promising a call back from my service representative before the end of the day. Predictably, this promise was broken. The following day, March 14, 2025, at noon, I was still awaiting the promised call. This complete disregard for customer communication was, at this point, entirely unsurprising. After enduring an 11-minute hold, only to be abruptly disconnected while my service representative attempted to check loaner car availability, I called back. The operator then informed me that the earliest loaner car appointment was May 2, 2025 – a staggering six-week wait. The operator's inconsistent helpfulness, contrasted with the previous day's refusal to assist, further highlighted the dealership's chaotic and unprofessional customer service. I rejected this unacceptable delay and spoke with my service representative again, who offered the hollow promise, "Let me check into this and I will get back to you!" At this juncture, I have reached my breaking point. NorthPark Audi's unreliability and fundamentally broken customer service processes are utterly unacceptable. I will either seek an independent, competent car service to maintain the Q5 or sell it. (For comparison, a call to my former Denver Audi dealership, Audi Flatirons, on March 13, yielded a price and schedule within a mere 8 minutes – a testament to how a professional dealership should operate.) The customer service processes at NorthPark are demonstrably not designed for professionalism or efficiency. I am consistently forced to make multiple calls due to the chronic failure to return calls, and I am subjected to endless transfers instead of receiving comprehensive assistance from my assigned service representative. In conclusion, while this is not the first instance of NorthPark Audi's time-wasting and frustrating practices, it is unequivocally the last.

Purchased a car in September and still don't have registration. They say they can't find the title. Management is no help. Salesman are unreliable. Their 6 month warranty they sell for $700 is a joke. Taken my car back 5 times and still not fixed. (Minor steering noise) My experience with them has been horrible.

whole company is shady, They own Audi North Park in Selma Texas, and they love to mess up and then lie about things when their in the wrong, Be careful who you do busniess with cause the suits dont change their behavior, if they mess up they might try and have you arrested for stealing your own Car. I went to Kahlig's home base to address my issues as Audi was not, and they refused to even talk to me downright shady company in my opinion, im appaulled as a consumer on how things were and are being handled. and it has affected me financially and put major stress in my life for mistakes they caused and made, If you want a "stress free experiance" be carful becuase mine was everything but

I originally gave the buying experience at Audi North Park 5 stars, but that has since changed. When I purchased the vehicle, I also bought the additional warranty. Unfortunately we had to use it within three months of purchasing the car. One wheel had significant damage and I made an appointment to have it either repaired or replaced. The service person, Mike told me back in early January to schedule an appointment and prepare for up to 5 days without the car. My appointment was scheduled for January 28th. The day before we were I informed they didn't have the loaner car and would need to reschedule. Thankfully we talked to someone because the original appointment mistakenly only had the loaner scheduled for one day. We just received a call today that it needed to be rescheduled again. And miraculously the wheel can now be fixed in 24 to 48 hours. I paid extra for a service they can't even provide. Horrible service after they gladly take your money.

I would first like to start by saying I never write bad reviews. With that said, I want to warn other car buyers. We recently purchased a $60k car from Audi North Park and were lied to. We are out of state buyers looking for a larger car for our growing family. I am pregnant with twins and have a 2 year old. We blatantly asked our sales rep if the car we were purchasing had been smoked in and were told, over FaceTime, point blank that it had not been as the rep was giving us a walk around of the car. I have asthma and will be driving our kids in this car so this is very important to us. Mind you, the photos of the car in the listing and in our FaceTime walk around showed a car that had clearly not been detailed. The exterior and interior were very dirty. When we took delivery of the car, aesthetically it looked great! As soon as the delivery truck left and we turned on the air conditioning things went down hill fast. Immediately the car smelled like cigarette smoke. It was so bad that on the drive home I had to roll down my windows. The next day driving to my OBGYN appointment the smoke smell was so bad my chest got tight and I had a hard time breathing for hours afterward. When we called our sales rep to discuss the fact that the car had clearly been owned by a smoker, she said their detailers had to have done a great job to mask the smell because she didn’t notice it and pretty much disregarded our concerns. This is not true because, I like I said, the car was detailed after we purchased the car. Not when the sales rep was giving us the walk through of interior and exterior. The smell is very obvious. Please be warned. This is not an honest dealership and we are very disappointed that we were lied to and now they are blatantly denying it. This is a lot of stress that is not good for my twin pregnancy.
