I was lied to , ripped off and charged for services I didn't receive. They kept blowing me off hopping I'd go away . SCAM DEALER.
I really enjoyed my experience buying my Jeep renegade from NY Off Lease. I found exactly the kind of car that I wanted and for a reasonable price. The... staff was amazingly accommodating and wonderful to work with. Kim and John are the best. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a smooth car buying experience.
Don’t even waste your time! I went to look at a car they had advertised with only 11k miles. I called to confirm the car was still available and that the... information was actuate. After driving there for almost an hour, the sale associate tells me that the mileage on the vehicle was incorrect, the mileage was actually 47K. No apology, no logical reason or excuse. Don’t even waste your time on this place.
After traveling a long way to get to this car dealer, for what seemed to be a "to good to be true price" , it turned out to be just that. The car was advertised... at 22k online and after all their additional fees which are non-negotiable the price was 26k. So after hours of negotiations I managed to work out a deal i would trade my current car in for 19,568 (I owe 17k)and we got to 22,100. The manager agreed to this price but then when he went into the finance office he came back out and said that the numbers were wrong and that they were off due to a mistake on their end by a grand and change so then I was at 23k and change. So we were back at it he would not budge. Then the GM shows up and here we go now I'm told that they offered to much for my trade and had to take back their offer and only offered 18k. After that I walked away I left frustrated and unsatisfied with my visit DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
You have add $1995 on the price on the website no matter what you buy.
I ended up here after another dealer openly admitted to Low price scams to get customer in the door to then sell to them. I did my pre-qual online to save... time and emailed all paperwork I needed to get a deal done faster. In less then a few hours I got my approval and was on my way in my new truck. Clean Place, Nice vehicles. All Used care lots have their issues but the most important thing is honesty and NY OFF Lease was upfront about the whole process and all details. Highly Recommend. I've had a my fair share of car dealers and the experiences are not always great and they are at the top of good experience level.
Didn’t have the car that I wanted at this location, but Patrick (Mr.Salez) showed me a huge inventory of cars online that he could get me in. He is very... knowledgeable, quick, no BS type of guy. Referred 3 coworkers to Mr. Salez, who all came back with cars and are very happy! Patrick can sell milk to a cow lol.
Everyone that I came across here , they were nice , polite and helpful. I would recommend my family and friends here. The manger was extremely nice and... so was the man showing us the cars . Thank you all so much
Lots of hidden fees. Bait and switch on internet price. There's about $2,000 in b.s. fees so if you see a price online, start by adding $2,000. Agreed... on a price with salesman and found that the manager, Mohammed, had slipped in $275 on final sale. Loans have $383 in fees just to apply which is added to the price of the car so you pay tax on this as well. For me, that's a whole year's interest. I ended up with a good price on the car, just not what is advertised and don't care for deceit. Listed $12,275, $1,200 down, loan amount $14,900. Know when you go in there and do your homework on the year, make, model and mileage to make sure your FINAL COST is acceptable. Hertz sales had price listed including everything except tax and DMV. Wind have been happy instead of angry.
