Great place

Do Not buy SCAM dealer

SCAM BE CAREFUL I WILL TAKE THESE PEOPLE TO THE COURT DO NOT BUY they selling cars with unreported accidents bad cars extra 4000$ charge after you pay the down payment

I went to NY OFF LEASE to see the Red 2014 Cadillac SRX

I went to NY OFF LEASE to see the Red 2014 Cadillac SRX that was 12,995, It only applies when you pay a down payment of 3,995. A couple visible issues; Passenger side rear seats wouldn’t go down and the tire pressure light was on. The sales guy(S.G.) started to prepare paperwork as if I were buying the car. Didn’t test drive it. We briefly go over what it would cost me with a set down payment. He had explained that I needed to talk to the financial person(F.L.). They were also looking through different banks so that I can get a loan. I already came in with my own pre approved loan amount. After waiting so long to even get in the same room with the (F.L), I told the (S.G.) I may or may not get the car because I haven’t driven it. The (S.G.) says he needs my credit/debit card. I’m thinking it's for security reasons. Finally, I test drove it. I had to step on the brake hard for it to stop fully, looked under the hood to see the coolant was low and the front bumper was sticking out. I expected them to have these things taken care of before I actually drove the car. After I return, the (F.L.) is still busy. I step out, 30-45 mins…(F.L.) still busy. Instead of seeing her, I see the General Manager(T1) & some other guy(T2). Because of the holiday they weren’t able to get to a few banks. We all agreed I’d come back on Tuesday at 6pm. They gave me the car to drive. I let them take the down payment because I really wanted the car. This gave me a chance to have a mechanic look it over. Mechanic found a leak and a hole (pinion seal) in the radiator. He had to top off the coolant. I also spoke to my own financial person and was told I should be able to get the rates, terms, purchase order with all selling price and all fees. I spoke to my (S.G.), he tells me they aren’t allowed to send that information to me. On my way to the dealership I see I’m going to be a little late. When I called I was told they close at 6pm and I’d have to come tomorrow. If you go to the website they actually close at 7pm. I was supposed to receive a call early Wednesday by the (S.G.) to confirm an appointment for later that day. A little after 2pm I received a call from the (S.G.) telling me the (F.L.) had an emergency. We reschedule again for Friday at 5pm. Friday I noticed the front of the car was smoking lightly. I decided to drive straight to them. Since I came in earlier, I wanted to speak to the (F.L.). She isn’t there. (T2) comes to me to say it looks like someone stabbed or poked a hole through the radiator. Then he says we were expecting you on Thursday to speak to the (F.L.). I told him I was coming on Friday at 5pm. (T2) goes and says he’s pretty sure it was Thursday. I never spoke to him about when I was coming. I’m getting impatient waiting for them. They were busy scrambling to get in touch with (T1) to have someone else do the financing. I expected paperwork to be finished and nothing was done. Then (T2) says they all knew the (F.L.) wouldn’t be in this week due to surgery. Something I wasn’t informed about. They weren’t respecting my time. Finally, I walk over to (T2) to tell him I want my down payment back. (T2) has the audacity to ask me what changed my mind, why I want my down payment back and how it’s unfair to them. I told him I'm getting the run around and I’m not interested anymore. I want my money and nothing is going to change that. I tell the (S.G.) I just want my down payment back and to leave. He says to me you could have told us this hours ago. These two (S.G. & T2) were very rude because they wanted to argue with me. They scramble around to get (T1) to sign off on a return check instead of sending it back to my account. A few more minutes they finally had me fill out the return fund to my card. Overall, This dealership is not a trustworthy place. They just want you to complete the paperwork even if you aren’t totally committed. In the end, they should have made sure the car was safe to drive before I took it off the lot.

I bought my 2016 Range Rover Sport from Keith and Jessica

I bought my 2016 Range Rover Sport from Keith and Jessica here and it was an awesome experience. They took care of everything, took my car for trade for a fair price, paid off the loan and off I went. It was so easy and they were great. Honest and fair with everything they did!! Went to this place for a vehicle I was really interested

Went to this place for a vehicle I was really interested in. Put a deposit down for the vehicle to return the next day and run the financing. I get a call not even 24 hours later telling me they sold the vehicle even though I left a deposit. Not only did I waste time going there the one day but I took off a day of work to go there and fill out the paperwork the next day. Which wasted my time and money. I should of known something was shady after they told me their internet price is 4000 less then what the price really is. They also told me that I can't get my own financing and I have to get financing through them. Shady fly by night business practices. Avoid if you can.

Very professional

My wife and I needed a car fast and we definitely made the right choice, rich and Jessica were extremely professional throughout the whole process and we were more than satisfied with out experience, they honored a price we originally saw the car for and were at no point pushy or trying to up sell us, will Def come back when we need a new car and would recommend this dealer to anyone!

So far So good!

Not very pushy which is always a good thing and great selection on the lot. My initial call was with Dana and the inventory on the lot matched what was on the website. So far so good!
