We were searching for a used Mini to replace a totalled car, luckily I found Auto Village by expanding our search distance. We drove 4 hours to get to... their shop and the car was completely worth the trip. Jason was great, and completely up front about the car, thanks!

I was in the market for a used MINI, and I was looking for a car dealership that would offer me a fair price on a good quality, well-maintained MINI that... I can trust in. After a long search of dealers in the Tri-state area, I had a phone conversation with Jason and he spent the time to tell me about the car, verify the features on this particular engine, and his personal experience with this model. I appreciated how Auto Village keeps their fees reasonable and transparent. So I took 2 trains and a bus from NYC to Auto Village, and I fell in love with the MINI at first sight. Jason spent unhurried time reviewing the interior and exterior features of the vehicle, and explained what findings I should look for in determining whether this was a well-kept vehicle. The test-drive experience was stress-free. The documentation process was smooth. I was thankful for this honest, friendly, trustworthy car buying process, and I feel it was well-worth the 3 hour public transit commute to reach this dealership! More businesses should be run like this. Jason was able to answer every question about every minute detail. He was clearly busy but he was very patient... while answering my questions. I was so astounded by the detailed nature of his answers that I had to fact check when I got home. Everything he said checked out! We all have a preconceived notion of the used car buying experience. That said, this is an experience far far removed from the typical used car shopping... trip. No pressure at all, very honest and very transparent. If you saw something you liked online and went in to browse, the car looked better than on the website. The owner is there to advise and help; not there to size you up and force a car on you that you might not need or want. The condition of the car I bought was on par with certified pre-owned specimens you might find on a name brand lot, but for a lot less. I was genuinely impressed with the cars, people and the overall experience I had. At no time did I get the uneasy feeling of being sold on something I didn't need or want. I would certain recommend and be a return customer.

I found Auto Village through a friend’s recommendation, and we were so happy with our experience there. After dealing with so many different places over... the years, we definitely finally found a place we feel comfortable with and we feel is trustworthy. It’s hard to find that, and we are glad that we did. We were able to find the exact car that we had been looking for, at a reasonable price, and we didn’t feel hassled at all. I bought a vehicle from auto village a week ago and it was definitely the best car buying experience I have ever had. Jason (the owner) was professional,... honest, courteous, and flexible. The entire process was very easy and straight forward. My wife and I never felt pressured to buy the car and Jason never tried to make a sales pitch.
