My overall experience was very good. This was primarily due to the excellent customer service I received from David G. He was the perfect combination of... friendly and professional.
I spoke with a sales consultant by the name of Dustin. As you can see from other reviewers, Dustin can be a handful. I inquired about a vehicle shown on... their website. After some back and forth, I was told the vehicle had already been purchased by someone else. Dustin then offered to pull the vehicle out from under the buyer and sell it to me. Be aware, if you put a deposit down for a vehicle at this dealership it can be sold out from under you (looks like this happened to a few other reviewers). When I did not accept the offer, Dustin's sales tactics got aggressive. He started in with what sounded like a script. To close it out he chose to fearmonger by using the current COVID-19 situation as a tool to impose a sense of urgency on me. I chose to walk away. Please stay on your toes when dealing with Dustin. Mr. Nate, our company model is very unique in the sense t...hat no one it's willing to go where we are heading in the market place by providing Trucks and Suv's to local and out of State Dealership, as well as since last March 2019. We carry over 400 vehicles and work on a first come first serve bases so things tend to move quickly around here. We also practice and it's label all over our vehicles a "No-haggle Price" so that everyone knows the price before they begin. The truck you inquired on was sold at the same moment to an Out of State Dealership Obviously we prefer to do business with all the individual buyers because they will give us more future repeat and referral business. What Dustin was working on doing for you was trying to convince the dealer to unwind the transaction (to which it causes an extra $ fee to us) so if they agreed we could have the vehicle ready for you with a full commitment first. Us or you wouldn't let go of done deal if it wasn't in exchange for another done deal so when it came time to ask for your commitment I'm sure because you didn't know how we operate internally, I can see it could have come across as a technique of pressure on your end. My most sincere apologies we are a strong believer that just because something went wrong, we couldn't make it Right. We purchased a Denali from Advantage and the purchase went well. Ossman was our salesman and he did a good job of showing us the truck and explaining... the business model. The truck needed the air conditioning fix and a repair order was added to the purchase agreement. A few days later the truck was fixed and all is good.

This review is not about the condition of the truck I purchased nor the sales process but in regards to the aftercare. I purchased the extended warranty... Advantage Auto offers through a third party provider and after a month decided I no longer needed the additional coverage. Long story short, I submitted my cancellation request with the finance manager Matt France back in July and it took me about half a dozen emails to get the cancellation form in August. Here we are in mid September and I still do not have a refund despite multiple follow us with Matt France and General Manager Alex Moncada.

This was the best experience my wife and I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. We do not think we will go to another dealer again. The wholesale price... listed was the best we have seen on the vehicle that we both wanted when compared to other vehicles elsewhere. The team was great from the time of the call, to viewing the truck and driving away. Working with the finance manager Matthew France was a delight. The entire experience was great! The internet manager Andrew Jackman called back after receiving our emails and discussed the steps to secure the vehicle. He kept us in the loop with appointment time confirmations and requested information. We also received amazing service by our salesperson Jason Tyler! He was very helpful and knowledgeable on the vehicle we chose, and even showed us items we were not aware that came with the vehicle. My wife and I met a few other team members while waiting and the entire staff was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend them If you are in the market for a vehicle. They will treat you right! You will not have the typical high-pressure sale or uneasy feeling that you get when buying a vehicle at a typical dealership. Keep up the good work!

A few years ago I went through a bankruptcy, so I knew going into purchasing a new car would be a challenge. Upon doing a lot of research on which truck... I wanted and where to buy, I decided on this dealer. I let the dealer know my situation, and instead of trying to take advantage of me they helped me. This dealer used to be closed to the public and only sold wholesale to dealers until recently. They opened their doors to the public and man do they have every type of truck you can think of. When I arrived at the lot, I was actually looking at a different year and style truck then the one I purchased. After test driving the original truck, I asked to look around the lot, which felt like 500 trucks on the lot. I found the truck I wanted, but did not like the tires, running boards, and one of the rims was damaged from being transported to the dealer. I worked out a deal where they dealer fixed the damaged rim, changed running boards, changed tires and would also install a bull bar on the front of the truck. All of these changes and add-ons did not changed the price of my truck. Alex the general manager helped me find financing, and we settled on a price of the truck that actually never changed from the original asking price. Even though I had to wait for them to order and install the bull bar on the truck. After a week of owning the truck the bull bar came in and after driving to the lot to have it installed, Alex told me that he was not comfortable having his people install the bull bar because it had lights on it and would pay for an outside company to do install it. Due to ordering the wrong part or the part just not working on my truck, the bull bar was not able to be installed on my truck. I sat down with Alex and we came to an agreement to forget about the bull bar and the dealer would pay to install an aftermarket exhaust on my truck by an outside company. Exhaust was installed with no problems from company or the dealer. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new or used truck. I have actually told about 15 people already and this is why I have decided to write this review. Go to them, talk with them they will listen and work with you to get you the truck you want.
