    Where did this dealer go??? Literally today my cars check engine light came on and my car went into limp mode. Now I have to take it to a Ford dealership... since blue motors is “temporarily” closed. I know the property owner and he said that they left and am not sure where they went.

    I visited to lookout for used car. I liked one car. I said my loan application is on process with bank and once approved I may plan. Staff asked for my... bank name and said will be back in a minute. He came back and said your bank is in contract with them and my loan was approved so I can buy car. I denied that I don't want to share my SSN and they said bank is asking to cross check with SSN. By cheating they took SSN. By night I saw couple of banks pulled out my credit report. They took down payment from me. Next day I contacted bank and they said your application was not approved. Blue motors lied and cheated me. My loan they approved on very high interest rate. Every time I call a new lie comes. Never trust. Beware these guys should be in jail.

    *** DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE - YOU WILL GET SCAMMED *** Bought a 2010 Jeep Patriot from Blue Motors on July 16, 2020. Took it for a test drive and all... appeared good. Picked it up the next day to take it home. As soon as I tried to go above 75 mph, I noticed the car shaking. About 20 minutes later, the thermostat light came on. I pulled over to the side of the road and immediately contacted Blue Motors. Neither the salesperson who assisted me or the manager were available, so I left a message requesting a return call ASAP. When I didn't hear from someone in 15 minutes, I called back and spoke with the salesperson. He told me he couldn't help me as the car was sold "as is" and told me to contact Elite Warranty as the car came with a 3 month/3k mile warranty. I told him I didn't even make it home on the first drive and demanded I be able to take it back, which he said I couldn't do. I requested the manager to call me ASAP, but never got a call - EVER!. When I test drove the car, I did get on the freeway, but did not exceed the speed limit of 70 mph. I also asked the salesperson if the vehicle had ever been in a car accident and he told me "no". It's been 1 month since I purchased the Jeep and have taken it to the mechanic 3 times. They informed me that the Jeep has in fact been in an accident. Now I'm being told the transmission is going out. Their website also says they do a 150 point inspection, so I'm wondering how their certified mechanic didn't notice this and fix it prior to selling it??? Any reputable dealership would have been willing to take the Jeep back and at least look at it and fix any problems considering I didn't even make it home the first day. The manager for any reputable dealership would have called and tried to make things right. But not Blue Auto Motors. Once they got their money, they couldn't provide any "customer service" beyond that. DO NOT BUY FROM BLUE AUTO MOTORS. THEY ARE A SCAM AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY KNOWINGLY LYING TO YOUR FACE. SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND SUFFERING BY TAKING YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Just filed a complaint with the BBB too.

    Wish I would have read the reviews before I bought from them. Their terrible customer service was blamed on Covid 19. Everything from no one to show... you the cars to no gas in the car for test drive to a filthy car. I was told they could not put gas in the car or wash it because of Covid 19 but that would reimburse me with a gas card if I put gas in the car, which they did not. I questioned what would happened if I got the car home and had problems with it, in which they assured me that they had done a 150 point inspection on the car and that they had a 45 day warranty, so their was nothing to worry about. On the drive home we noticed a shimmy in the car at freeway speeds and a grind in the wheel when we turned corners. I called they said to bring it back and they would take care of it, but when I brought it back I was told I should have noticed these two problems before I bought it and that because I didn't they would not be able to fix it. So much for their 45 day warranty. And to top it all off, 2 weeks after purchasing the car the engine went out and a new engine had to be put in.

    Was shopping around for a new car and only had so much to work with, found one they listed on ksl so I went to see it. Luke and another gentlemen (I forget... his name) helped me with buying a car, they fixed the two issues I had with a smile on their faces. Awesome experience, no pressure, no hassle.

    cant believe how easy was to buy a car from this dealership no pressure at all, i did search around for the best price and this place was bellow every... dealership only place that i found with 45 days warranty in a used car 5 plus stars for them

    Was looking for a Vw Passat and found the one I was really looking for, amazing price and honestly new. I was a little skeptical by the price, thought... that something happened to it, but they were very clear with me the during the whole process, even with the carfax,

    Was surprised for the excellent inventory they had, great values and car pretty much new! Price was great and the whole process I was assured to be at... peace of mind. Put on your dealership list, worth to check!

    My wife and I had been tirelessly looking for a car for a couple weeks when we decided to stop by Blue Motors. Ivan helped us find exactly what we were... looking for and made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision throughout the visit. We left with a 2016 Sonata, I was impressed with their great prices, selection, and quality of vehicles, plus the service was super! My daughter will be needing a car soon and we will definitely be returning here for that purchase as well!
