Bought used march 2022 summer 2024 a/c condenser was cracked. Just dealt with it vs paying the $1500+ to fix. November 2024 had to replace the motor went ahead and did the condenser also. Spending $20,000+ on that anyway why not do the a/c too 🙄 got it back November 3rd 2024 about a week later the cooling fans come on. Had to replace the thermostat. February 2025 and a transmission line popped off. Had to have that fixed. A couple of weeks later it starts throwing a code for the canister purge valve and emission issues. May 2025 (currently) dealing with it being BACK at the dealership all week for who knows how long now for a cylinder 4 misfire and I apparently need new lifters and push rods. Absolutely the worst vehicle ever made and GM avoids/disconnects any and every time you try to address these entirely too common issues

  • A Nice Upgrade

I traded in my 2010 Yukon for this 2017 Tahoe two weeks ago, after wanting to upgrade for a while. I had been been looking and watching for exactly what I wanted, then a dealership had the one for sale. Overall, for the age, it was very low mileage and the interior looks virtually new. The exterior is generally in pretty great shape, with the exception of some scratches that need to be buffed and chips in the windshield that may need to be filled. This particular model came with the Luxury Package and Midnight Edition, so it has all the bells and whistles.

  • This car is not at half of its life!

This car rides incredibly smooth! Kept very clean. Lot of extras. I like having the rear bucket seating and extra cargo. Bluetooth. Rearview cameras. Screen. Plenty of USB ports. AC adaptor.

So far it has met and passed all our expectation, we haven't had it long, but so far we are really enjoying it, it drives and rides very smoothly, plus it seems very well built.

  • Will never buy a Chevrolet again

I will never purchase a Chevrolet vehicle again. My 3 year old (originally $60,000+) vehicle has paint defects that the manufacturer is refusing to fix. The paint is literally oxidizing. Through my research, I have found that this a common issue. For this to occur on a vehicle that is only three years old and in otherwise excellent condition is ridiculous. There is an obvious manufacturer defect that I am now stuck with due to no fault of my own. Chevrolet refuses to assist with the issue. May I also mention that the brakes completely failed on the vehicle also due to a manufacturing defect. I was very patient with this situation and did not complain about the hassle of having to leave the vehicle in the shop for repairs for several weeks as the vehicle was deemed unsafe to operate. I was advised not to purchase a Chevrolet vehicle by others but figured I would give it a chance as I have owned many in the past, three to be exact. I have learned my lesson and now I feel that I need to inform others of the quality of their vehicles and customer service.
