  • Very Reliable Fun to Drive, Comfortable

The Transit Connect has been great, comfortable, reliable, fun to drive ( a van fun to drive) YES. Very good fuel mileage, smooth transmission, accurate cruise control, precise steering, comfortable seats and the vista roof that gives a great open feeling. Whats not to like? It could use a bit more power, another 50 horsepower would make a big difference, torque is good though. Only one small issue for warranty, a very small A/C leak at 26,000 miles, the dealer fixed. Other than that it's been bullet proof. The wife loves it. We get many questions and comments on it from passerby's wanting to know more. Totally satisfied with this vehicle, would recommend it highly.

  • seven passenger, 27 MPG, easy steering

Ford Transit is a pleasure to drive. Do not have to climb up into it. Not only do the second and third row seats lay down, also the front passenger seat lays down as well. I was able to purchase a 20' extension ladder and put it in the van and still was able to close the rear flip up door!

  • Driver side rear door is big problem!

Bought Connect because Husband liked it, I must admit it is nice to look at. Have had problems with driver side rear door replaced latch and 1 month later same problem, I hope this is not a problem that continues every month. Also gas tank is only 12 gallon tank, need I say more. Unless you use anything other then pure gas no adds, gas per miles is really bad.

  • One of the nicest vehicles I've owned.

This van is great, I have plenty of room in the passenger area (I 'm 6'3" @ 245#) with enough room in the back to haul all my stuff. Being 56 years old & having numerous medical conditions, I wanted a vehicle that sat more upright & was easy to slide into & out of the drivers seat.

  • New, but happy so far!

Cabin is comfortable, roomy(I'm 5'10") Handling seems nimble, compliant, but not a powerhouse - Ford annoyingly chose to leave out a way to switch off cargo light.
