  • Best Hybrid system available...

Third row seat is useless even for a toddler. I bought it used from Enterprise. All service up to date from Enterprise was from Lexus dealers. That's a great sales incentive. Good mileage for such a large vehicle but not up to EPA estimates. Most quiet vehicle I have ever owned and a great place to be on the interstate. Power is adequate. I expect and will get many years of service from this vehicle. The Toyota Hybrid system is the best available from any make and if you keep the hybrid air filter clean it will outlast the car.

  • Lexus cruise control issues

I bought this car new in 2018. This is a superior SUV. GREAT MILEAGE for something this big. The driving position is perfect for me. No problems for the first five years, then this August the cruise control started acting up. Since this is a hybrid, each wheel is driven by a electric motor. In normal mode w/o cruise control the vehicle drives like new. However, when the cruise control is engaged, the car pulls to the right. I have to constantly keep the steering wheel straight. When I disengage the cruise control, the car stops pulling to the right. I mentioned it to my Lexus service rep and he said this is the first he's ever heard of it. No investigation into this issue was ever initiated.

  • The first car I've ever loved

I love how the car drives, the quality of the materials and design, the service I get with Lexus overall. It's the only car in my life that I have owed, that I absolutely love. I have had the car 2 years now, absolutely zero mechnical, electrical or other problems. Not one repair has been required other than normal maintenance. The one thing that would be nice would be for Lexus to integrate android/apple auto software. Such a huge opportuity for them as their apps are clunky.

  • Excellent combination of style, safety & luxury

Lexus maintains their reputation for style, comfort, reliability and luxury. This vehicle is spacious, drives smoothly, and is packed with safety features to make the driver and passengers feel secured! The power-folding third row adds to the convenience of utilizing the additional space, along with the touchless power rear lift. Waving my hand across the emblem to open the rear made it quite convenient when loading the vehicle. The AWD and additional cold weather package also added to the vehicle's reliability in Winter months.

  • Best car I have owned

Beautiful design, smooth and reliable functionality. A lot of thought put into the features in the vehicle. Would like to see a more responsive software as it is a bit slow.

A pleasure to drive - would definitely buy again - Sara is great - wish I would have looked at Lexus earlier. I wish I needed to replace my other car

  • Love this car!

While it does not have a Hemi engine, it has plenty of spunk when you need it. Worked well when driving in the mountains, and that was important.

  • The extra length was the selling feature

Very stylish and utilitarian. The ride is superb. Took it on a 3000 mile toad trip immediately after buying and found it to be more than I expected. More room was a plus.

  • OVERKILL

A WONDERFUL NEW VEHICLE, BUT TOO MANNY TECH SUPPORT ITEMS. WHEN IN REVERSE, THE SCREEN IS TOO DARK AND IS NOT EFFECTIVE. I WISH IT WOULD BE BRIGHT LIKE THE LINCOLN SIGNAGE IS.
