The 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLC-Class is a compact luxury SUV that can seat up to five people. It comes standard with a 241-horsepower, turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine and a nine-speed automatic transmission. Rear- and all-wheel-drive versions are offered, as well as a coupelike body style with a sloping roofline over the rear doors.

Other variants include the 320-hp GLC 350e plug-in hybrid and the performance-oriented AMG GLC 43 with a 362-hp, twin-turbo 3.0-liter V-6 and AMG GLC 63 with a 469-hp, twin-turbo 4.0-liter V-8. Competitors include the BMW X3, Lexus NX, Porsche Macan and Audi Q5.

What is included in Roadside Assistance?

Some automakers include roadside assistance with their bumper-to-bumper or powertrain warranties, while others have separate policies. These programs cover anything from flat-tire changes and locksmith services to jump-starts and towing. Few reimburse incidental costs like motel rooms (if you have to wait for repairs).

What other services could be included in a warranty?
