I needed to purchase a car for my mom, who is 87 years old. Her car died, and she needed something reliable. She lives in Spring Hill, FL, and doesn?t drive far, and there was no way for her to get to Tampa. I live in California, so coordinating everything was challenging. Jared went above and beyond by arranging for the car to be delivered directly to my mom. I honestly don?t know what I would have done without him. Trying to get a flight to Florida at that time was crazy flights were over $1,000 with terrible time slots. Jared made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I can?t tell you how much I appreciate him and the team at Lexus of Tampa Bay. My mom absolutely loves her new car. My experience at this dealership wasn’t too bad, if you have patience for the people there An the staff you should be good. I got there at 1:30pm an since I didn’t schedule I had to wait but it was only for like 15mins or so till I saw a sale rep. 1:50pm they called me to talk to a sales rep, got my 13 Honda Civic appraised, waited 25mins for them to approved it, then went to the lot picked out my car I wanted. 20mins went back we talked numbers An gave them my down payment An was out in like 45mins after signing an them washing n vacuuming your car, you have the keys An you out the door!! I definitely recommend Marlo if you ever go to this car max. It goes by pretty quick in my opinion, don’t let this other reviews discourage you.

Got this when I was looking for a smaller entry level luxury car, non -turbo and with a lower cost to own. Try to get the premium, for the dual screens and carplay.

2022 Acura ILX review
I am an Acura fan, so maybe this is a little biased. I love this car! It looks sporty, feels good to drive and is good on gas. The only downside is that the batteries suck. That is the only thing I've had to replace 2x in the life of my car. Other than that*, I recommend this car 10x over. It's light to drive, great safety features and looks good!

2020 Acura ILX review
I leased this car on Dec. 26, 2020. I bought it from the Dealer two weeks ago and now it's mine. I love the car the only problem I have had with this car is the battery, 2 of them and the car was still under warranty and didn't cost me anything.

I purchased this car 4 years ago used and have had no issues whatsoever aside from tire replacement and a small air/heating issue which required replacement of the original blower - a $200 job. It rides so well and is so reliable with the engine of a tank!

2013 Acura ILX review
I loved my 2013 Acura ILX! This car is incredibly reliable. I drove mine for 7 years with minimal, standard maintenance. Would still be driving it, but upgraded to a larger vehicle for a new season of life. I would recommend this car 100 times over. Great gas mileage, low maintenance, and amazing feel of a luxury vehicle.

My tire pressure had been low and filling up my back tire just was not working. I decided to just show up at the dealership without an appointment to see if the service department could figure what the problem was. There was a nail in my tire; however, not only did they repair my tire, but they checked and topped off all of the fluids and washed my car. Anthony was extremely professional and took care of everything at no charge. What a great experience!
