CarMax does fine, but a little cumbersome since they are so big. Daniel and JJ were very helpful. Cars.com, however, is slow on removing cars from their pages. Twice I went to CarMax to see a car, because Cars.com emailed me that the car I wanted was still available, at that location. Both times it had been previously sold. Frustrating when you’re looking for a specific model.

The quality of product and service goes hand in hand at Autonation Spokane Valley Acura! We just leased a 2026 Acura ADX A spec Advance which is our 5th Acura since we bought a new 2006 TSX. In 2006. Through the years we?ve only paid for routine maintenance performed by an extraordinary service team! We noticed the turnover of the service team is pretty low. We attribute that to quality hiring, continuing training and development.. Employee retention is key and it shows in their work. Dave has been there over 30 years and Jeff just completed 20. We love to work with Reiko in sales who is referred to as Acura Queen who?s been there nearly 20. She?s great at putting great pricing deals together. The whole facility has a family kind of feel. Last week I took my MDX in for service and left with a RDX! I took service I could replace my MDX if I could find an Acura for xx number of dollars and my car. While the MDX was serviced, they appraised it. Isaac went to work and showed me a gorgeous RDX. The price? $100 below my budget! Isaac and Russ made in happen....no pressure! The service dept is just as awesome. Tony and the guys had serviced my MDX for over 6 yrs. This is my 4th Acura. The last 2 I had over 10 yrs each! I'll never go to a different dealer!
