I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
Arick Armentia was very thorough with description of the check up on my car. Went there because I bought the car from a non Acura dealership. Took it to Acura for an inspection. Very satisfied with service and review of service.
Duval Acura is the best dealership. They have the best service department. They demonstrate true professionalism, courtesy and kindness. I also get a loaner which other luxury dealerships do not provide consistently. I always recommend Duval and the Acura Brand.
As always my service adviser is very professional, greets me with a smile, ask how I'm doing, pulls up my service records and how can he help. My visits with Duval Acura is always a good experience no matter what the problem is with my car or even if it's just for service. If I have any questions or concerns my service adviser takes the time to answer all question and concerns and makes sure I have complete understanding, thanks me for coming in and always tells me it was a pleasure waiting on me and to have a nice/wonderful day, weekend, holiday what ever the case. My service adviser is the reason I continue and will always bring my car back for all service and repairs, he is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. My service adviser is an asset to Duval Acura and should be commended for a job well done.

Kevin is great. Hes thorough, courteous and 100% customer service oriented. Everyone else I have met at Duval Acura has seemed the same but Kevin always has been my primary contact there. I will keep going back for sure.
I never write reviews but, I have to say...Ms. Annette is by far the best person ever. She was patient, sweet and all of the above! My husband and I were looking for a new truck. We were so happy we stopped by here. James our salesman was wonderful. So very helpful and best personality. He helped us find the truck we were looking for at price we wanted. Chris the finance man was also great. I don't have one negative thing to say about anyone there or the service I received. We will be returning back when its time to by another vehicle.
