Had an excellent experience buying my life 1st car with Concierge. Everybody I spoke to was patient with my questions and very helpful. I got my car at a fair price and without any headache. Would highly recommend doing business with them.

CarMax Colorado SpringsReviews
CarMax Colorado Springs review
getting my care from the Colorado Springs location was the best decision ever. I have bought multiple car's over the years and I feel like I was just another sale to them. Joshua was so amazing. He was polite and patient with us while we had to get some documents and was even nicer in person. I like how they have the express option because as busy people going to buy a car can be time consuming. We were able to sign everything online and only spent about 20 minutes at the dealership picking up my car. If you are looking to buy a car and would like to feel like there is no pressure and deal with a clean environment and nice people this is the place to go.

CarMax Phoenix-Gilbert review
I have yet to decide on the car I was looking at, but I was working with Robert and found him to be very professional. There were none of the high pressured sales techniques you expect and receive at most dealerships. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond for someone who lives in Las Vegas. I have no reservations in buying the car I was looking at from this dealership. A refreshing change after dealing with so many "threatening" and pushy people in Vegas.

Good Service. This is the first time using Carmax. When I placed the order, the car was shipped to the appointed location several days later. Appreciated the service, hope to make the deal in Carmax.
