Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
Found a vehicle that I was ready to buy but their no haggle pricing was too high. As an online only dealer without brick and mortar investment they should offer very attractive pricing. I managed to find a similarly equipped car for a much more attractive price. Their customer service was great so if you find a car that you like and you like the price I would not hesitate buying from them.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

This car is a story on its own. And finally, my son has the car that he would not stop talking about. Now....I could not have asked for a better sales person than Tom Henry. Not only is he patient, thorough, straight up and honest, he also sees thing almost to the point of being family. In all the years I have been purchasing vehicles from Hewlett VW, NO ONE comes close to a great sales person as Tom Henry. He is an asset to your company and he is honest. I wish car buying was always like the last two processed with Tom. Tom Henry goes above and beyond for his customers - Hands Down!
I needed something better to drive. I heard of this place, I gave them a try. Sure thing as soon as I walked in there, I was approach by two young men who were very polite. I told them I was there to make some business with them. I told them my price range and what type of car I was looking for. It only took me about 30 minutes to decide what I wanted. As well the manager and owner Matt was very professional. I highly recommend this place and I hope that in the future I can be back for one more car.
The price on the website was the best within a 250 mi radius. That's what caught my eye. Also full Car Fax evaluation available on the website so I knew what I was getting before I arrived. Then a completely no pressure sales process when arriving at the dealership. Gave me the keys for a test drive and left me alone. I will look here again for my next used car purchase.

I used to have a weird feeling about taking my car to dealerships, but after my experience with David McDavid I don???t know if I???ll take my car anywhere else. Always great service and nice friendly staff, and the work on my car is always done as quick as possible.
Had an appointment, but still waited for about an hour and a half for an oil change. My assigned technician was not available so I was bounced around until someone did the intake. Different persson came to find me in waiting room, but called out wrong name. Finally texted me asking where I was. Had to remind them that they forgot to wash the car. They couldn???t vacuum because their one vacuum cleaner was broken. Expecting more. Seemed on par with my experience at Nissan dealership.
I???ve taken my 2001 3.2 CL here for every scheduled service and unscheduled repair since buying it new. After a major transmission replacement that just made it onan extended warranty, I went in for a minor service a few weeks later. I was told the car needed $1,500 worth of work. I asked how that could be when it was given a clean bill of health just a couple weeks ago. Red faced, the service person agreed. Since then, I think everything done to the car has been necessary. It is still in excellent shape.
