I remember when i almost bought a vehicle when they were located in Hauppauge,ny. This experience at there new location in Farmingdale,n.y was exceptional> no pressure great atmosphere and a wonderful and professional sales person. Sales professional Annalea was so helpful and answered all the questions i had about the vehicle. The vehicle which i purchased was super clean and had all the options i wanted. After looking at used vehicles i am happy i purchased for Novak Motors .Annalea is an asset to this company and would without reservation reccommend Annalea and this Dealership to anyone i know looking for a great deal on a quality used vehicle. I would also like to commend Frank Cannizaro for all his help.

it met all of my expectations and i honestly love the ride, it was clean and kept well maintained by the previous owner
the color was nice like i never been so happy to be driving, and isnt that the most important. im going to have this car for 5 years financed so i made sure i fell in love with it.
My experience at this dealer was very good. Howard was very knowledgeable, professional, and straight forward with all avenues of the sale (no surprises). He helped me set-up my Bluetooth and went through the car (2015 CRV) with me.

I have owned several brands of vehicles and SUVs, and this Acura RDX 2013 I drove it for 105,000 miles since new. I can side without any doubt it is the most reliable SUV that give you good performance, and keep his value for your money.
This dealership does what most marketers out there do so I was not very surprised. However, I felt uncomfortable, pressured and dominated by the sales team. In trying to inquire and gather relevant information pertaining to my purchase, the sales team expressed a feeling of time lost on their end; ???which means I was wasting their time and I needed to seal the deal ASAP???. I felt like I needed a day to make up my mind, but they got very angry at me and one of them spoke to me in a disrespectful manner and tone of voice, but I kept my cool. They also asked that I make a deposit if I needed to come the next day. I didn???t like the fact that I had to deposit any money on my first visit but I cooperated anyway because they had already projected guilt on me. If I were to rewind time, I wouldn???t visit this particular dealership. The good thing is they worked with me to fit my budget and they were able to accommodate some of my financial request. And oh, they gave me a slice of pizza too! Overall I would say this dealership is competent with paperwork and efficiency in their office work flow, but they need a lot of improvement in the way they speak to their clients.

Worst experience buying a car. The Acura had several problems with the transmission and they said it was "normal" on all the cars. The acuras come with a German transmission and they shift very hard.. It's uncomfortable for everyone in the car..

I was specifically looking at the 2016 model because of the features it offered. The Volvo dealership gave me an opportunity to make my dream come true. In fact, I had so much confidence in them after my initial visit, that I came down to Florida from Wisconsin to purchase the car.

This car is my first (and most likely, only) 'luxury' car purchase.
I'm very pleased with this vehicle. The comfort, look, and dependability of the Acura are very appealing to me.
Brianna was accessible, thorough, professional, and cooperative throughout the process. Would highly recommend the dealership and specifically Brianna. It was our first auto purchase with this dealership, but we would not hesitate using them again for assistance with a future purchase.

drives and looks great wish i went with the all wheel drive version but FWD is still very good in the snow and v6 offers great performance

I test drove a 2014 Mercedes C250 and the Acura TLX. The Acura won my vote hands down. I owned my last vehicle 13 years, looking forward to a long relationship with this beauty. Absolutely stunning vehicle!

Have had to have it towed 3 times to dealer due to transmission problems. 2nd tow had new transmission put in with less than 5,000 miles on it. Transmission warning light came on again for a 3rd time and had to have it towed. Now waiting, while driving a rental, to see what Acura company is going to do about it. Very sad that this could happen with a new car. Wife likes the car but has fears when driving it that it’ll break down. The car has nice features but just isn’t very safe when transmission warning lights come on and tell you to pull over immediately and don’t drive it. Especially if it happens in a dark seedy area which is exactly what happened to my wife the 1st time.
Every one at the dealership is helpful and respectful. We leased our 3rd acura in 8 years. We love the service dept. as well. We had 2 salesmen that treated us well. We would recommend Robert Ellard and Johathan Zung very highly.

This car is just perfect for me!It is both beautiful inside and outside, and easy for me to throw my bike and workout gear in the trunk area. I hope to use this car for a long time!
This was my second lease with Acura Westchester, and my second experience working with Matt Belov. As with my first lease, this experience was top shelf, very crisp, efficient and cooperative. Matt???s attention, knowledge and follow up were excellent. My contact with the other Acura associates related to this lease was also an excellent one. I???ll be back in three years for my next Acura.

It exceeded what I expected. Great performance and stylish-it has Its logo(Aspec) on the side and rear and red neon trim inside the car. Cool!
The representative of the Acura Dealer in Woodside New York, Thomas Wong, is the best agent I have ever met. Efficient, precise, professional in all aspects. I am glad to have his service to get my new car. The transaction wouldn't have gone smoothly if it weren't for him.
This base model is the top model in most brands. Acura has truly out done themselves. I’ve never considered buying a car but after my lease is up it’s definitely at the tip of my consideration. Plus most of my family has this same Acura and this is why I choose it.
Going to the dealership is typically a forlorn experience for many. There’s already so much pressure we put on ourselves as buyers to get the best bargain and not get sold on a car by a slick talking salesman. You won’t find that here at Imperial Auto Mall. I had such a great time working with Edwin and Julia to help me find my perfect car and my every need was met. They explained the process so very clearly and at no point made me feel like they were trying to take advantage of me being a first time buyer. If any of you decide to go to Imperial Auto Mall make sure you ask for Edwin he is well informed on all the vehicles in inventory and is patient and can help you walk away with the best possible purchase. Rear steering actuators have gone bad!! Very expensive repair!! Thank goodness the dealership guaranteed it for 90 days and 3000 miles!! It is a $5500.00 repair!!!!
