Being in the hospitality business myself, I am driven by a level of service that creates both a memory and experience. Mercedes Benz of Huntington did not disappoint. Anthony Mastroianna was the sales associate that assisted me from start to finish. His approach was warm and welcoming and at no time during the process did I feel pressured.

The service at Mercedes-Benz of Huntington is wonderful. Unfortunately, I'm there too often. My 350E gets a flat or blowout frequently - a pot hole or change in weather can trigger. On Thanksgiving Day we got TWO flat tires at once, a trick to handle with only one spare. Tom Palermo handled our service needs quickly and efficiently and made it clear that I am not alone. As often as I get my flats, he assured me that other car owners get theirs far more frequently than me.
The professionalism and courtesy was beyond exceptional. Showrooms were spotless. My point person was Justin Martinez he handled my trade in and putting in my new BMW. Joseph Saint-Val was my BMW genius. He spent over an hour sitting with me in my new car. He covered all the bases in acclimating me with my car. Joe was super professional and extremely knowledgeable. The last person I sat with was Helga Carroll who handled the financial segment.She was extremely knowledgeable and explained every little detail to me. All in all my experience at Competion BMW was perfect.

This is my sixth BMW from Competition . I always have had a good experience with my purchases.Ii have worked with JoeDeinzer on five cars. Joe always goes the extra mile to help me.He also follows up after the sale.I give Competition a perfect 10
The work done on my car both covered and uncovered was excellent.The time it was in the dealership was too long. I brought it in on a Friday AM and picked it up either Tuesday or Wednesday. My last 6 cars in the last 10 yrs. have been 3 BMW's, 1 Mercedes, 1 Corvette and 1 Audi. All have excellent service departments but the Audi and Mercedes amenities for customers waiting for their vehicles are better than Yours or Chevy's. I dealt primarily with Darlene Gula. She was courteous and professional.

We truly appreciate Dominick understanding our situation and making himself available to us to pick up our car on Thanksgiving Eve. Our original salesperson, Brandon was off on the day we wanted to pick up our daughters car, but they arranged for Dominick to fill-in and we are very happy with our purchase and experience... and believe you me, there were some bumps in the road this evening, but Dominick displayed professionalism and patience throughout the entire process. I just leased a new Hyundai Kona which so far I love! Four years ago a bought a Hyundai Sonata at a different dealership. I thought I would most likely return there if a wanted another car but I happened to pass Centereach Hyundai one Sunday and decided to stop in to see the Kona. I was promptly greeted by Justin, which I now consider my lucky day. He was so polite and extremely helpful and best of all very patient with me. I did not feel pressured in any way to make a decision right away. When I returned to the dealership I told the manager I was back because I was so impressed with Justin. Car buying/leasing can be a bit overwhelming , but. I must say everyone I dealt with there made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend them!

Excellent service! I???m a first time leaser and my experience at the Roslyn dealership was short of nothing! All of the workers were extremely welcoming and helpful. The general manager, Joe Sgroi, was very helpful and patient with assisting me in figuring out what car was right for me. Ricardo Nelson sold me my car and not only was he super knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions, teaching me my new car and helping me with insurance plans, but he also made the whole process enjoyable with his humor and kindness! I 10/10 recommend this dealership and working with these amazing people! And of course I???m in love with my new Chevy equinox!!! Thank you Chevy for making my first time leasing experience a great one!
Ross was very helpful and went through lists of inventory, cars being shipped and even cars about to be built to find the car I wanted. Ross understood what features were important to me and explained the benefits of other available options. Ross found a car that met my needs and exceeded my expectations of beauty. In addition this vehicle was a 2019 model and was delivered quickly. I avoided waiting too long. Ross and the dealer were able to work with the dealer who originally ordered this vehicle and make it available for me. The overall experience was great and I am confident that the after-sales relationship and experience will be great.
I've used the service department several times and have been very pleased each time, though one time they changed my license name plate without my permission which did not make me happy.
Regarding their used car buyingnprocess, they have a good selection of cars but I found them to be OVERPRICED.
