Answer to the questions in my title is Heck YES!! I worked with Jay Johnson and he was a fantastic sales person. From the beginning Jay made me fell comfortable and at ease that this was going to be an easy process, and he delivered. Jay is very personable and when working with him it’s not all sell sell sell. He asks questions about you, and makes it about you and not what’s best for him. He makes the process about you. If you want a experience you will never forget and a place to send all your friends and family. I recommend Jay Johnson. Even after the process was over he has been very helpful. I found that some of the weather stripping was coming off from inside the door, I called him and he immediately set me up with Pam in service and rectified the situation without a blink of and eye. Thank you both. Again I definitely went to the right dealership, had the right sales person and got the right price, because Jay made the experience PRICELESS!!!
I experienced shopping for my very own car for the first time through this dealership and could not be more satisfied with the results. Not only was the process incredibly quick, the customer service was excellent, extremely personable, and beyond helpful throughout the entire experience I had at this dealership. I had the best experience at Hampstead Pre-owned….I really wish I would have found them earlier on in my search for a car; not only do they have such a wide variety of cars…but the best thing is that from the minute you walk into the shop, they treat you like family. I worked with Brian who was so friendly and so easy going. I test drove everything I was interested in…and then test drove again :) He answered all of my questions and just was so incredibly down to earth.
They made the process of signing the sale paperwork so seamless and easy. They made sure I understood everything and even made a follow up call to make sure all was going well.
I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family and when I am in the market for another vehicle I will be going back to do business with them again. I cannot reiterate enough how fortunate I feel having found this place.
We were "car sighting" and we wanted to check out the KIA. I was not 100% for a KIA buy my husband said there are a lot on the road, it has a 100,000 mile warranty, and right now we can get 125% of value of our existing vehicle. Great day and great people, drove home in a new 2018 KIA Sportage. I feel good in it. Wish it got little better mpg, but I'll live!!!

I never bought a used car before for fear
of getting a lemon! I have no idea if the
previous owner did oil changes on time
and other routune maintenance....so i was always afraid of getting burned.
Fast Lane has a warranty program that simply works,in my case i bought a 2017
Dodge Caravan with 48,000 on it......they
did me a great deal on it but what i left
feeling was the same kinda peace of mind
you have in a new car knowing all is covered for 3 years 36k miles.....they custom priced me a warranty for the next
25k miles i drive....in my case about 3 years worth......it covers all major functions but not wear items like brakes
and hoses etc.....i never buy warranties
In anything,but this made too much sense to me! It is a Dodge dealer recognized warranty,ok i paid 1300 bucks
for it but they wrapped it into my loan for
about 9 dollars a month.....if engine or transmission goes its covered,if i breakdown they tow me,pay car rental,
brung gas etc......i came all the way from Rockville......and my Grand Caravan SXT
2017 is selling here for 19k and higher......
new they are about 29k.......Melanie was
able to get my price down to 15,100 !!!!!!
I had the room to buy warranty and peace
of mind.....i love their honest approach....

My 12 year-old car was making an unusual whistling noise when people were seated in the back which I suspected was emanating from the rear differential. It was time to move on. The salesman was very low key and made the purchasing process easy.
I have dealt with Phil, Herb, and Adam at Bobby Rahal Acura and I have had a great experience each time. I purchased one RDX in 2011 and leased another in 2014. Both have been very good experiences and I have been pleased with each aspect of the process. They are straightforward, helpful, and respect your time and budget. Phil and Herb have been with Bobby Rahal for years and know what they are talking about. They are both very personable and helpful. They provide all the information you need, transparently, which is so important in a car buying or leasing process. I would absolutely recommend to a friend and I plan to continue utilizing Bobby Rahal for my car buying needs.
I have been a Bobby Rahal customer for 25 years but this was my first purchase at the Acura dealership. The whole experience was very enjoyable. I did not feel stressed to make a decision on which vehicle I was going to purchase. My salesman Herb Haft was very helpful and very informative. I would highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable.
I had a wonderful experience at Bobby Rahal purchasing a 2013 certified Acura TSX and trading in a 2008 Acura TSX. The certified Acura TSX was fixed up by Bobby Rahal to meet the certification standards and looked like new. Dave Williams, my salesman, was very informative but also very easy going and was willing to listen to me and address any concerns that I might have about the entire process.
As others have said, Dave Williams is an excellent salesperson but more than that you just know that he is a good person. There was only "straight talk" when it came to discussions about options that were available to me at Bobby Rahal Acura. There was no sales pressure. Just open and honest conversation. I left my RDX for a MDX (expanding grandchildren population) and I am very happy. Zach the finance guy was also great to work with. Even other sales personnel that were there the day I drove my new MDX home were congratulating me and they weren't even involved with the sale. They were genuinely happy for me. I am not sure about this but I don't think there are a lot of dealerships that have the same family like atmosphere. I recommend Dave, Zach and the entire dealership.
Excellent Service, Knowledgeable, detail oriented, thorough. No pressure sales. Whole experience from start to finish was the best I have ever experienced.
