Mario was very helpful & attentive. I ended up buying a car from a friend but if I hadn't I would definitely want to work with Mario again. BTW I've never been to the lot so I can't really rate that. I did notice that the prices were higher than other lots.

Hendrick Southpoint Auto Mall review
Tushar the salesman was very nice. My own fault was I paid over list price. After sale I was taken to a big board of confusing choices which showed daily cost rather than monthly. I chose an option of service contract which I later asked to remove. The lady was extremely rude, and I asked for someone else to deal with who was also not very pleasant. They did credit me as that was allowed. Follow up from Hendrick has been excellent. Someone is going to go over the car features next week. Asked for review with several sites.

Angie is terrific. I came in for a car inspection and an oil change. A few minor problems were identified. Angie found me in the waiting room, explained everything and kept me apprised. Arranged to have the car washed even before I requested it. She is the best!

I had a great experience with everyone I worked with—they have an awesome team! Steve was fantastic throughout the entire process. He fit me in for a test drive right as they were closing and followed up when the right Outback arrived. Chris helped wrap up the purchase quickly and efficiently, making the process seamless. Joseph, the Encore Delivery Specialist, was great as well and made sure I was up to speed on all the features of my Outback and everything the Subaru community has to offer. Great experience from start to finish!

Greensboro AcuraReviews
Greensboro Acura review
Greensboro Acura has been my dealer since 2005. I am currently in my 7th Accra, 2021 RDX, Since 2005, my salesperson has been Denise Hadley. Because of her attention to detail and willingness to find the right car, I have recommended at least 10 people who all have purchased cars, I live in Raleigh, NC but lived in Greensboro for 25 years. The service department has been more than wonderful and courteous to me. I had Derek for many years and now I go to Destiny, Yes, I drive to Greensboro to get my car serviced. The one is Raleigh is 15min from me. Denise had always followed up on any car I have leased or purchased. I feel she knows what like and takes the time to find what I need. The service department, keeps very good records of all the services done on my cars. 2 years ago, I had an accident in my 2015 RDX, in Atlanta . It was a nightmare! Due to the poor repairs done in Atlanta from who my insurance sent me, a car that should have been fixed ended up a total, It was not until 6 weeks of back and forth to Atlanta, I finally got it to Greensboro Acura and one look under the hood the problem was found. Because Greensboro was the only one doing maintenance on my car, they knew my car. I am extremely pleased with the services I receive from Ms Hadley and the service department at Greensboro Acura.

The experience was easy, thoughtful, and efficient. I also can't forget to mention the kindness of Denise Tores, who was terrific when help was needed. Thank you all so very much!!!

Johnson Subaru of Cary review
I had a really great experience overall with this dealership. I had set up a deal online thru Sam's Club on an auto with all the options I was looking for. I got to the dealer and was informed that the vehicle was in transit. Not great. The salesman I was working with worked tirelessly to find all the vehicles that matched what I was looking for along with another that I had been considering. In the end I purchased a really great auto and am very happy with the end result. I didn't feel the issue was the dealer's fault but most likely a issue with working with both Sam's Club and the dealer. I would definitely recommend purchasing from this dealership.

I just want to say my experience buying a car at your dealership this past week end was really great. My sales person, Shannon Montgomery was very nice and so good to work with and answered any questions I had. Thank you for amazing service.

I had made the mistake of scheduling a service appointment at the Salisbury dealership but my appointment was at the Lexington dealership what a blessing it was they waited on me which they didn’t have to so glad they did they saw something the needed attention and took care of it I could go on and on but I want just saying they treated me better than I expected I will drive further to go there even if the other ones are closer

Derek was great! The whole negotiation/signing process lasted less than 2 hours and was super smooth. I told Derek how much i wanted to spend in total and he came back with literally the exact price with trade-in. Stu was also very fast with the DMV/legal papers process. I have definitely recommended Leith Acura to friends.

Leith Acura review
Leith Acura gave me a wonderful experience with purchasing my new vehicle. Juan White helped me get the car that I wanted with all the preferences I had indicated. It took no time for him to get back to me with payments below what I originally expected. He had everything ready for when I got there, I was in and out in no time. The best part was that he listened to what I wanted and didn't try to sell me on anything else.
