Just picked up a Pre-owned 2022 with 15k miles. I owned three previous Toyota Vehicles,two Camry's and one Lexus. Unfortunately I've been one of the unlucky owners. Had quite a few weird issues with all three. I still wanted Japanese but luxury. I'm not a fan of SUV's. The Infiniti Q50 Styling hasn't changed really over in a decade. The Q60 although sharp was just too small. Then i decided to go for Acura TLX. I Wasn't interested in a A-pec too much going on. So I ended up getting a Technology Package which is perfect for me. I live in the Midwest, but have taken two road trips back to the Eastcoast. The TLX is quick and responsive. I've gotten compliments, and love the sleek design. She does use Premium Gas, but because she is a Turbo 4cyl it doesn't take alot to fill up. Honestly if something happened to my TLX like a accident etc, I'd get another one.

Aaron maldonado, I would like to thank Aaron for all his help. Aaron was very kind and professional he went out of his way bent over backwards to help me by the vehicle I wanted. He brought two Jeeps up to the door so that I could look at them side by side he was very helpful he answered all my questions. There were many options that I did not know about that Aaron told me he was very informative very kind and he was also funny. Even though he was a very serious salesperson he had a good sense of humor I really enjoyed talking to him. Even though in the end I walked out of colonial South Dodge without a vehicle not due to Aaron Sales education but because the manager and myself just could not come to terms with a financial agreement. But again I want to thank everyone at Colonial South Chrysler Jeep dealership we were treated kindly and professionally by all staff members and I would have no problem recommending your place of business for anyone looking for a vehicle, thank you so much and everyone have a great day.

The problem with the tlx is its vary noisy, I put better tires on it and that solved the problem, for that kind of money should not have that issue

I am 77 years old and a Vietnam Era Veteran, I had a 2002 Ford F-150 pickup truck that I used in my business until I retired and still drove it after that until it got to a point where it just wasn't feasible to repair it anymore so I scrapped it, since I am retired I don't really drive that much anymore and I used Lyft services and my wife's car to occasionally get here and there. But my wife works part time and needs the car about 4 days a week. Then I decided I wanted to get myself another vehicle, not necessarily a new one but a recent late model, but then the ordeal of deciding what I wanted to get started. Did I want a small car a big car a truck, and SUV and if an SUV which one? Since I am a veteran I use the VA Health Care Center in Providence and I am provided Lyft services to and from the hospital for checkups and what have you. During my car search time I happened to have an appointment at the VA and when I called Lyft services to schedule a ride they sent over a beautiful Honda Pilot which I rode in and was very impressed with, and as luck would have it, when I was through with my appointment and called for another ride, Lyft sent ANOTHER Honda Pilot to take me home and I was very impressed with that vehicle as well. I searched for Honda Pilot vehicles online and came across a beautiful looking 2020 EX model, it was burgundy, loaded with a lot of features, had very low mileage, and was very reasonably priced. It was for sale at Grieco Honda on Hartford avenue in Johnston. As a lot of people , are I was a little hesitant about going into a car dealership having heard stories about various bad experiences some people have had with some. When I went into Grieco Honda I was introduced to a young man named Chris Matarese who was a very pleasant individual. He brought the vehicle around for us to go for a test drive, was extremely polite, very intelligent and exceptionally knowledgeable about the vehicle, answering all of my questions in an instant. After a brief time of asking my "20 questions" about the vehicle and financing I decided to buy the 2020 Honda Pilot. Since the vehicle had just been taken in trade it had not been inspected by the service department as yet, and Chris had the vehicle taken in immediately to have it inspected, the service manager noted that the driver side sun visor was not functioning properly and hung a little bit low having apparently been sprung over time, and it was decided that Grieco would put a new visor in for me which I thought was a very nice gesture. So to end this story, I've had the vehicle now for a little over 2 months and I cannot be happier with it and also with the excellent and outstanding service and courtesy which was extended to me by Chris Matarese, you will find him exceptionally honest, devoutly professional, and eager to earn your business. The services provided by Grieco Honda including sales, financing, and the service department were all excellent in quality, if you're looking for a vehicle go to Grieco Honda on Hartford Avenue in Johnston and ask for Chris you will not be disappointed I can assure you. My husband and I were in search of a used Ford Fusion Hybrid, since our other one was slowly dying of old age (13 yrs./213,000 miles) but had been very reliable for many years. We were thrilled when we discovered a 2018 Fusion Hybrid right down the road in Easton MA at a long established and locally trusted dealership (South Easton Motor Sales). I bought my 2013 ACURA TL Special Edition new with 25 miles (I test drove it with 5 miles). I have taken care of that baby since day one. It's been garaged; well-maintained (oil changes; tires replaced; battery replaced). Just turned 77,000 miles today! I am selling mine only because I need an SUV. I wish I could keep it as my second car.

When I arrived at honda of plymouth I felt anxious about buying a vehicle. Geoffrey was great! He respected my budget and did not try to up sell or pressure me. I had a 21 TLX advanced with the 2.0 L four-cylinder turbo and in 2023 I traded it for the TLX type S. What a shockingly different car. Granted the car probably has about 75 hp less than it should from the factory but, it’s easy to tune and mine is in the 435 hp range now. It was a great car to begin with and now it’s even better. There are a couple nagging issues with it: the brakes rattle, the Brembo brakes upfront, the pads on the inside, rattle like a bad ball joint whenever you hit a bump. The dealer couldn’t fix the problem and Acura told them “that’s the way it is, they are performance brakes“ well that’s a bunch of hog wash so I fixed it myself. Just an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that IJust an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that I am concerned about: the rear suspension plug for the adaptive suspension can get corroded over overtime and the entire car needs to be stripped apart to replace a wire harness. I haven’t had an issue with this, but I did grease my rear plugs just to be on the safe side. And these cars are known to have transfer case issues, resulting in a transmission replacement. Again, I haven’t had that issue, but the car only has 9000 miles on it. Just things that I am concerned about long-term as it seems Honda/Acura reliability, even though better than anything out there, isn’t what it used to be. But this is a fantastic car! And I would absolutely buy it again.

My TLX type S has to many problems since I bought it … Acura needs to do better breaks make noise, my paint had issues, I have left it at the dealer more then I can count this year and iv only had it for a year

Let’s be honest, nobody likes the car buying process. I was looking for a first car for my daughters and Nick couldn’t have made it any easier.

Equip with a beautiful duel clutch transmission, this car feels amazing to drive, up until about 40, where the early gears start to lag, but as suggested sport mode or down shifting solves this. Coming from a Honda civic 2017, I can say this car although slightly dated in the inside, feels loads more powerful and comfortable. With seats that hug your body, giving you one of the most comfortable seats out of any car period. The ride itself is great too, although a tad stiff, which in it's self gives it good handling and corning in return. The only big con is the interior is a little dated compared to newer cars, so not a whole lot of smart phone integration besides aux, usb, or Bluetooth, although this means less issues with electrical issues like my old Honda had. Overall I couldn't recommend this car enough, as when buying used it is far cheaper and better than comparative civic models like the ext or si.

Enjoy the heated seats, leather holds up beautifully, trunk could be more spacious. Interior room fits 4 quite well. Not crazy about the petrol door. With s scheduled maintenance all is well but had to have the AC worked on once.

I absolutely love the 2020 Acura TLX. I traded in my 2013 Honda Crosstour for it. The Crosstour had a lot (3.5 6cyl )EXL. It took a little time to get used to the TLX 4cyl, FWD set up. The Dual Clutch transmission is a little quirky. Overall the car is fun and comfortable to drive. I honestlt think Blind Spot should be a base feature is all cars. CPO

I received my 2013 TL in 2017 with 25000 miles on it now it’s got 93000 miles on it in 2023 and runs and looks as good as it did in 2018 great used cars 🚗 love my TL . Only problem I had with mine is charging the battery replaced brakes. New tires 🛞 normal maintenance. Best used car till this day 👍

I would like to especially recognize my Sales Rep, Jeffrey Jones. He was not sales aggressive, very down to Earth, and made me feel lease nervous. He was honest. Additional he worked with Peter and Sosa, who were also great, to get me into a new car. I left a 5 star rating on Google.

It has a lot of features for the price point. The safety features are easy to navigate . It’s a fun car to drive , and the two screens are awesome.

I am an Acura fan, so maybe this is a little biased. I love this car! It looks sporty, feels good to drive and is good on gas. The only downside is that the batteries suck. That is the only thing I've had to replace 2x in the life of my car. Other than that*, I recommend this car 10x over. It's light to drive, great safety features and looks good!

Anthony and Gary were a life saver! They got me in sooner than later because I was over due on my oil change. Their new service department and lounge was very nice and made me feel at home. Will be back in 3 months for another oil change!

He explained which items were good and which needed attention, and he reviewed the video of my maintenance inspection with me. I will be sure to call Justin for all future car needs.

This is my 4th TL/TLX. Least favorite of them. The engine has been great, plenty of power when needed. I do not like the sight lines, no matter how I adjust the mirrors, always blind spots. Wish I'd gotten version with blind spot monitor. There should be more accessory inputs. One USB input is not enough. Overall a good car to drive, but, could've been better.

I bought it because I wanted more luxury than a Honda but I wanted the Honda reliability. I wanted a used car so I bought this a few months ago and I love it. I got the V6 and it has plenty of power, handles great and it's a super nice ride. I am not good with technology but I get why they did two screens and I like it. I have no complaints about this car. I'm very happy with it.

Great car for the money. Lots of power. Fun to drive. Do nothing but oil change. Very dependable. I own it for five years. Never have any problems. Still drive like new even after these years.
