I was picked up from the airport by Joseph. He treated me well and knew that I did not have time being that I had to drive 10 hours to get back to my base so he had everything taken care of for me to speed up the process. The other staff was very polite and helpful. I also enjoyed that the dealership is military friendly. I consider both the dealer and the individuals that they employ there to be great people.

Need to purchase a Lexus!! Call Eric Baskette. Eric is an Excellent Sales & Leasing Consultant. I scheduled an appointment with him to assist my friends, the Parks. Eric is a subject matter expert on his products. He explained the features on their new car, allowed an ample test drive, answered all of their questions, treated them like they were guests in his home. Very professional and hospitable. He delivered an Excellent Customer Experience. He gave my friends a tour of the dealership, introduced them to their new service advisor, John Dean, and made the Parks Lexus experience fun and memorable. Call Eric Baskette. Excellent Customer Service and Expertise! He went over and above. Eric cares! Thank you, Eric. Carol Wesley
2014 Acura RLX review
I bought a 2014 RLX Acura is comfortable the back seat is sooo roomy. The Italian leathers seats are very soft best leather I’ve seen in a car. Rides soo smooth but it’s all about the tires. I took out extra warranty when I bought car. There is a recall on rear actuators I had mines replace. I will stay in the Acura family. I’m so sorry they stop making RLX in 2021 what a luxury car. The best Acura ever made and haven’t made another luxury car since.

Recently purchased a used Nissan Maxima at the dealership. The salesman, Dan has been nothing short of fantastic to work with. He is prompt attentive and has met and exceeded my needs for my new vehicle. I would recommend every time. Acura of Oxmoor has a repeat customer! A++++
2012 Acura TL review
Purchased 6/21 with 200K miles. Put another 20K miles on it since. Interior/Exterior are immaculate. 6 speed manual shifts smoother that any car I've owned. In almost 50 years of driving, I have never owned a car that was this comfortable, fun to drive "spiritedly" and almost bulletproof reliable. It really is everything I could possibly ask from an under $10K car and then some. Needless to say, with any high mileage, 10 year old car, it did require some servicing and maintenance to get it back to a "close to like new" condition. Changed all fluids, spark plugs, filters and brake pads/rotors. Replaced entire suspension, since it was all original. Will be replacing the timing belt/water pump soon, only because I have no idea on when they were last replaced. The only downside is that burns little over half a quart of oil every 1K miles. Supposedly, that is an issue with the Acura 3.7l motors, due to the unique cylinder sleeves. Still, compression and leak down test numbers are within spec. For such a high mileage engine, I'm not complaining. One thing I know for sure, my estate will have to deal with this car because I will never sell it. PERIOD!

I have to say, buying a new vehicle has never been this enjoyable! From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care — and that made all the difference. Khol, my salesman, was absolutely phenomenal. He took the time to truly listen to what I was looking for, never once making me feel pressured or rushed. His knowledge of the vehicles was impressive, and he walked me through every feature and option with patience and enthusiasm. Khol has a natural ability to make you feel like a valued customer rather than just another sale. He made the selection process fun, stress-free, and exciting — exactly how buying a new vehicle should feel! Once we moved into the finance office, Jeanni continued that same incredible experience. She was thorough, transparent, and incredibly easy to work with. Jeanni explained every detail of the paperwork clearly and made sure I fully understood everything before signing. There were no surprises, no confusing fine print — just honest, straightforward communication. Her warm personality and efficiency turned what is typically the most stressful part of the car-buying process into a completely smooth and comfortable experience. Together, Khol and Jeanni are a dream team. Their professionalism, positivity, and dedication to the customer created an experience I will not soon forget. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, I cannot recommend them highly enough. This was, without a doubt, the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I will absolutely be returning — and sending everyone I know their way! 10 out of 10 — thank you, Khol and Jeanni!
2020 Acura TLX review
I bought it because I wanted more luxury than a Honda but I wanted the Honda reliability. I wanted a used car so I bought this a few months ago and I love it. I got the V6 and it has plenty of power, handles great and it's a super nice ride. I am not good with technology but I get why they did two screens and I like it. I have no complaints about this car. I'm very happy with it.

From the 1st phone call to the moment we drove our "new" car off the lot, James was friendly and made the car-buying process enjoyable. Do yourself a favor and start your search @ CarMax!
2021 Acura TLX review
A little sloppy in high speed turns, replaced puddle lights a couple of times, replaced rotors on a soft recall, headlight and tail light went out but all covered under warranty. Drives smooth, suspension is overall good, looks amazing, navigation is atrocious and difficult to use, should be touch screen. 32k on odometer.

I love how Honda keeps everything so nice and clean in their bays. I do miss the free snacks though. My other hondas were brought from Bob Montgomery and I simply loved how they would have all kinds of different treats, while waiting for your car. It was just a nice thing they did. I really liked my service advisor Jose, very nice man. I give him an A+

I am an Acura fan, so maybe this is a little biased. I love this car! It looks sporty, feels good to drive and is good on gas. The only downside is that the batteries suck. That is the only thing I've had to replace 2x in the life of my car. Other than that*, I recommend this car 10x over. It's light to drive, great safety features and looks good!

CarMax Lexington review
Matt and Hunter at Carmax really made this the best experience for me. Matt worked with me through phone and email up until the day I went in. He was very informative and assisted me through the entire process. Hunter was the salesman I worked with when I went in. He was accommodating and polite. I didn't feel the "pressure" of a sales man at all. And he was very professional. I will recommend this dealer to anyone I know looking to buy a vehicle.
2020 Acura TLX review
I absolutely love the 2020 Acura TLX. I traded in my 2013 Honda Crosstour for it. The Crosstour had a lot (3.5 6cyl )EXL. It took a little time to get used to the TLX 4cyl, FWD set up. The Dual Clutch transmission is a little quirky. Overall the car is fun and comfortable to drive. I honestlt think Blind Spot should be a base feature is all cars. CPO

2015 Acura TLX review
I bought it new in January 2015. Three month later my wife and I drove it from Orange County, CA to Quebec. Across the lower US states, up the East Coast to Newfoundland, then Quebec. Down the Canadian side to Niagara Falls and on to Ohio (once our home state). Up through MI upper peninsula, the Dakotas into Saskatchewan. Across lower Canada to Vancouver and all the way down the West Coast to home. Averaged 33 mpg over 15,000 miles in 69 days. NEVER a problem! Still own it and now it's at 89,000 miles. New tires, brake pads, oil/filter is all I have done. It's my 8th Acura since 1989! Excellent cars!!

Dan Cummins Chevrolet Buick of Paris review
I can't say enough good things about the dealership or my salesman Mick. I was treated like a friend the moment I stepped through the door. Mick stuck with me to find a car, even after the other I looked at weren't right, for me. He even did his thing to make sure the payments were where I could afford them. I definitely will be recommending this dealership and Mick to everyone.
2012 Acura TL review
This is hands down the best Acura TL! My first one was the base model which is FWD with a 3.5 L engine, but the SH-AWD Technology package with the 3.7L is a beast and super fun to drive! A very reliable car, with little to no issues at all. Hot collectors car for enthusiasts who are not a fan of the new TLX. 100% recommend!

I had an outstanding experience with this used car dealership from start to finish. The entire process was quick, straightforward, and completely stress-free. Everyone was friendly, professional, and honest, and they made sure I understood everything without any pressure. The vehicle was exactly as described, priced fairly, and ready to drive home. They answered all of my questions and made the paperwork fast and easy. It's refreshing to find a dealership that truly values its customers and delivers on its promises. If you're looking for a reliable used car and a hassle-free buying experience, I highly recommend this dealership. I'll definitely be back for my next vehicle and will be recommending them to friends and family!
2011 Acura TSX review
I went to check out the car, was amazed at the condition that it was in. (Interior & exterior), and the car’s mechanical condition was superb. The car salesman Greg Spiciati helped me out so much with everything I wanted to know, and in doing so made the decision to purchase the car much more easier and pleasant. He took care of the financing details and even got a much me a much better quote on the car insurance by calling multiple carriers and doing his magic. Even offered me water or coffee multiple times. If that’s that #1 Customer service, I don’t know what is. All the workers there are very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I give this place 2👍 up.

I leased this car on Dec. 26, 2020. I bought it from the Dealer two weeks ago and now it's mine. I love the car the only problem I have had with this car is the battery, 2 of them and the car was still under warranty and didn't cost me anything.

2010 Acura TL review
I bought the AWD version new in 2010. At this time, Christmas Day 2025, I am almost 16 years in with it, now about 110k miles. I had a computer chip die a month or two after warranty expired. Acura split it with me. Other than that, trouble free! Both times that I thought I had an electrical problem, it was just the battery dying. This car is amazing!

I bought my car in 2016 with 40k miles on it. I've owned it for 9 years and it now has 183k miles on it! The engine still purs like a kitten after all these years. It's a very reliable car with plenty of power and awesome performance, especially around the corners! It's a really fun car to drive and I look forward to adding plenty more enjoyable miles to it! Worth every penny!!

I dread car buying but Indiana Auto made it actually enjoyable! Cars there are better quality, lower mileage and reasonable prices than others in town. Paperwork was fast and friendly. No extra fees, no hidden charges, everything transparent. Tires were less than perfect so Glenn met me more than halfway on new tires. He even filled the car with gas! I absolutely recommend!!

2012 Acura TSX review
Own a 2012 tsx SE. The car is great, but have issues upon start up with a loud rattle lasting for about 2 seconds or so,oil starving the engines VTC (valve timing control). This could be an expensive fix without a warranty, for the cam would have to be changed, and I'm sure any good mechanic would just tell you to replace the timing chain as well, the chain guides, and hydraulic tensioner. I must as I've read on this issue its every model from 2004-2014. The main reason I've seen on this issues is lack of proper oil level kept or lack of oil changes. Over all so far a solid car.
