He not only sold me a loaded and clean MKC he wanted to make sure that I downloaded the Lincoln App and showed me all the Great Features that this car had to offer me. I was sold when he told me it had remote start but I had no idea the many fantastic features that I didn't know existed, he pointed them out. He made sure I was okay with the figures on my contract as well as he placed my new license plates on the car. I know without a doubt that I could Not get that type of service anywhere else accept with Mr. Hall. And I must say the facility is bright and cheery and an inviting place to speak to someone about purchasing a car.

Overall, my experience was that the sales team was organized and knowledgeable and everything was well communicated and pretty seamless throughout all phases of the purchase process. All of the paperwork was straightforward and made sense and the finance guy, I forget his name, was great to work with as well. My salesperson Justin was very friendly and helpful as was the sales manager, Dan. In fact everyone in the dealership was super friendly and tried to make the experience as pleasant as possible.
