This summer my family transitioned cars. Our son had been driving for 6 months, and we wanted to hand down my 9-year old car to him. So???the family was in need of a new car for me. I was turning 50 this summer, so it would be a birthday gift. Also, my husband had recently bought a boat, and we agreed the new car should be able to comfortably trailer the boat. We test drove a couple higher end models, including the Audi, and once we felt how each car handled my husband ??? the car guy ??? took on the task of securing the new vehicle for my 50th. He ultimately selected a pre-owned Audi Q7. The reason was 3-fold. First, the vehicle ran beautifully, despite not being new. Second, it was equipped with all the bells and whistles anyone could want, including the must-haves on my list - very good visibility, heated seats and moon roof. Third, it had a hitch already attached. Additionally, my husband found James Giniewicz to be exceedingly professional, helpful and attentive which he made sure to mention to me. My experience with James, and Audi of Nashua, began the June day we picked up the car. James was enthusiastic, accommodating, patient and respectful as we finished the transaction and then reviewed the most important details of the car. He was very knowledgeable, and as I left his company he gave me his card and told me not to hesitate to contact him if there was anything at all I needed with my new vehicle. I took him at his word, and in the four months I have owned the vehicle I have contacted him on three separate occasions. Each time he was pleasant, welcoming, exceedingly professional and most importantly assisted me in resolving my problem/ question expeditiously. The most notable occasion was very recently, during a college tour with my son. The ???low oil??? light illuminated just as I was pulling into the college campus. On my mind during the whole tour was whether I???d be able to make it home without an incident. The car was still relatively new to me; I wasn???t that familiar with the warning lights and hadn???t even had service on the car yet. Eventually I decided to stop and add oil, but was not confident about what kind of oil to buy despite referencing the manual. I pulled out James???s business card from the glove compartment and tried his line. He answered live, listened to my haphazard story, and told me that although he didn???t know exactly how to answer my question he would put someone on the phone who would know exactly the information I needed. He didn???t put me on hold. He didn't transfer me to a voicemail. He put Cindy on the phone who listened to my situation, including all the options of oil the gas station had to offer, and told me which one to select. She also educated me a little on what the warning light means, and how urgently it needed to be addressed. Needless to say, I filled up the oil with assurance, and made it home safely and without incident. The previous two interactions with James were similar in terms of how James related to me and how quickly and effectively the issue was resolved. The Audi Q7 has treated me well over these last 4 months. It drives beautifully and reliably. It has every feature any driver could want. Just as importantly, Audi of Nashua has exceeded my expectations, in terms of customer service in particular. Not only have I summoned James several times with excellent results, but I have called on the sales department with exceptional attention. I can tell you James, and Audi of Nashua have raised the bar. They are not fooling around???they are serious about meeting your needs with their product and their customer service. I have been very, very pleasantly surprised and grateful!
