Matt and the used dealership was great. We talked via the phone and had everything prep and ready to go. The warranty guy, not so much. He was very pushy on a extended warranty after being told no 3-4 times. The only reason I deducted a star. We picked up a RX350 and was great process.

Very nice upscale vehicle. Bought as a previously 2 yr leased auto, avoiding new car price and immediate depreciation. V-6 engine has no hesitation and quietness is excellent. My only two negatives are lack of storage for incidentals and a bit quirky audio that may reset from time to time ( must wait for it to go through a cycle). It has a mind of its own. Overall, excellent vehicle.

Great service center. Recently went in for routine service on my 2021 Q5. As always the service was easy to access on a convenient date, easy drop off pick up, videos and texts were sent while my car was being worked on - and managed by my service rep, Vanessa! Such a gorgeous vehicle, inside and out. Haven’t had a single issue with it for over a year of having it used. Inside of the vehicle is super roomy, and driving feels very comfortable, and really we’ll insulated!

I had the greatest experience at the Audi Service Center in Fair Lawn , NJ . I have a 2008 Audi Q7 . I went to Audi for an oil change and there was a minor accident with my wipes. Sam was very professional and told me to leave the car for replacement. He said that it would be ready by Friday . On Friday he called me , the car was ready and perfect . I appreciate the high level of professionalism and excellent service . The staff are well educated and they have the best espresso coffee (:

Leased the car for looks new in 2021. Now 2023 with 28k miles. Perfect? No. Awful? Hardly. Many recalls but no maintenance issues whatsoever. Biggest complaint is the auto-start stop and that the electronics are quirky (pre-set destinations reset frequently) car is comfortable, quiet, quick, and get OK gas mileage (would assume better with 2.0 4cyl.) I often switch between this and a 2017 Honda Accord and to be honest I can't tell much of a difference other than noise and quickness. Will buy it off lease (got it before the residual values rose exponentially) and will keep it indefinitely.

2 Manny’s Auto Sales was the very best experience I ever have had with a car dealer, new or used. I bought a Chrysler 300C. It was immaculate when it was ready. It runs flawlessly. Absolutely everything works as intended. It had new tires and brakes as well as one part that tends to be a problem replaced – a $1000 repair. Done. I have owned this car for just over a year. No mechanical problems, very fun to drive. Took it across the country, very comfortable for driver and passenger. Loves to cruise at 75-85 mph and will go much faster. I thought I got a great deal on it. I paid half the sticker price and it had under 10,000 miles on it.

Bought my '16 A6 3.0 TDI a year ago with 89k miles, now has almost 110k miles, and drives like a dream still. Can't even tell it's a diesel engine by the way it drives and how quiet it is. I drive a lot for work, and the gas mileage is amazing! Interior is comfy, classy, and roomy. Drives like butter, handles like a sports car. Exterior isn't too flashy, it's perfect. No issues, and my last checkup at the German export dealer was perfect. My favorite car I've owned, now I want an A8 L!

Bought a few vehicles from B&B, can’t write anything negative about my experience either time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend to others. They will go above and beyond to help you. A few weeks after I purchased a car, a check engine light came on, (loose wire) they took care of it promptly on the spot. The light never came back on.

My A6 2.0 quatro has 110k miles. Still looks great. Have gotten 34.5 mpg on open highways in Pa. Comfortable ride. Leather seats are holding up. This is my second A6.

Although the car I originally wanted was sold (a misunderstanding of certain terminology – “Deposit” vs. “Down Payment”), Cheyenne worked (even on his day off) to make sure that my second choice proceeded without a hitch. The staff at Adam’s is helpful and knowledgeable, and their vehicles are top-notch. I would, however, suggest that better communication between the two locations (they also have a store in Paterson N.J.) would make the buying experience less fragmented and feel more “of-a-piece”.

This Audi is beautiful, inside and out, with genuine wood in the door panels, dash and center console, soft leather seats, and a massive amount of red light illumination throughout the front cockpit, that is fantastic while driving at night. The exterior is sleek and stylish. The ride is smooth, however the low profile tires do ruin some of the ride atleast on kansas roads that are far from smooth. The engine has no vibrations and suspension seems tight . All in all this is as close to perfection as it gets, German cars are the best.

Great car. In fact, I would treat it like a new gadget. Using the autopilot is a real thrill.

This is the most advanced designed Audi I have owned. It is a comfortable,quiet & a beautiful handling vehicle. Loaded with safety features. Love the driving experience.
