The Audi Exchange Highland ParkReviews
The Audi Exchange Highland Park review
Hey Scott is the reason I keep coming here this man knows how to make you feel welcome and even after you buy your car he stays in contact for any question. Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Juan the salesmen who went to bat for me to get the best car and APR with Vic(more on him later) he was awesome with the same welcoming and wanting to make sure I was happy the same attitude as Scott. Vic and Robert not grumpy guys in an office but laid back, fun and they really worked hard to make sure my deal was the best and safe financially. If you have not been to Audi exchange in Highland Park,Il then you bought your car at the wrong place. In my professional life I am call a subject matter expert in oncology but this organization and their fellow colleagues are subject matter experts in treating ppl outstandingly and wanting to make you happy not just put you in a car. Take it from me a 2x car buyer at Audi Exchange of Highland Park,IL….run there now if you gone yet

Audi Honolulu review
I recently went down to Velocity to look for a new Audi, John Ohtani exceeded all my expectations. He was very knowledgeable on the cars I was looking at. If I do decide to buy an Audi, I definitely will go back to see John Ohtani. I think anybody that is looking for an Audi, should go see him. Thanks again John!

Volkswagen of New Port RicheyReviews
Volkswagen of New Port Richey review
My husband Phil and I recently purchased our 2021 Atlas at VW of NPR and we could not be more pleased. Bill VonEhr was our Sales Consultant and he was exceptional! He provided answers to every question that we had and was attentive and caring to all our needs every step of the way. Michael Tom, Car Sales Manager, worked with us and made us feel good about our purchase. This is our 2nd VW vehicle purchase with the 1st having been at a different dealership. We would encourage anyone who is looking to purchase a VW to seek out this dealership and both Bill and Michael. Also, Roger Combs, Service Asst Manager, is remarkable in handling all service needs. David Hall, Parts Specialist, spent time researching accessories that we wanted for our vehicle also. This dealership truly puts the customer first in every department. Please be certain to make them your VW dealership.

I only have exceptional comments to say about my car salesman, Robert Townsend and his manager Vince Leong. This is my 4th time leasing a vehicle from Audi Hawaii and Robert has been with me through the entire process of all four cars. He is professional, patient, consistent, reliable and such a pleasure to work with! He and Vince were able to work with budget and give me the best possible price. I was impressed with their new facility, Velocity, which was very beautiful and grand! When you walk inside, it makes you feel special and that you know you will be taken cared of. I look forward to my next lease and working with Robert and Vince! I will definitely recommend them both to my family and friends! :) Thank you both very much for giving me such continued exceptional customer service!!

Audi Hawthorne review
A few weeks ago, I was hit by a stolen car. My car was totaled and I was injured. The ordeal was overwhelming! After looking at hundreds of cars, I was exhausted. I found several cars I could afford close by, but they didn't feel legitimate. I found a car online at Audi Hawthorne (the NY, not in NJ!) I e-mailed an inquiry, and Perry Snitkin in sales at Hawthorne answered. Perry was patient and understanding. We went back and forth with phone calls, e-mails, and texts, dozens of times, I even had a problem and couldn't show up as promised one morning. And he NEVER got aggravated. I realized he was a not a xx salesman, and I trusted him! All this for a car that was a trade in and he was NOT going to make a fortune on! Though there were similar cars much closer to me, I paid for an Uber, went, and bought the car sight unseen! I would give him and the dealership 10 stars if I could. The car was perfect and the warranty they give is exceptional. The dealership is also incredible to see, beautiful area. Sincerely, Michael Hirak

Audi Honolulu review
When I came to Audi I was hoping to take a look at some pre-owned cars. Keep in mind, their pre-owned inventory is at a separate location as I wasn't sure they had any. They have a ton of used Audi available (probably from lease returns) as well as other brands. I noticed on their website that many cars were heavily discounted and most were really great deals so I took advantage! Thanks again Will for my 2016 A4! I'll definitely send some people your way!

Dealer was OK, not happy with Service. I went in for issue / (warranty in place). Engine light on. VW would not find issue and fix, they just turned engine light off a couple of times and let me go. I contacted VW for help. Light on again! I cannot understand why. Now the warranty is expired.!!! And brakes- VW told me I needed brakes fixed, then added rotors!! My bill $700!! My car was practically new only about 20,000 miles.!!! Doesn’t sound right. I’m working with them right now. Service inspection due I’m making appointment for that. They offered to sell me a NEW vehicle but I’m retired and don’t want another 5 yr. “ NOTE” all over, only owe $1800 on my vehicle. Hope we can work this out, get my vehicle where I trust driving it again. Thank You

Ritchey Audi Volkswagen review
This is our second time dealing with them purchasing a car. We talked to a salesman Claude. He got us reapproved and we went in the next day. They gave us a fair price for our trade, just wished it was more but it was fair. My wife wanted an Audi Q7. Claude was waiting for us because we were running behind driving from Hattiesburg. He was very nice. He gave us one on one time and didn’t have other customers breathing down our necks to get his attention. The financing went through pretty easy. I do have one negative thing. He wanted to do the paperwork and we wanted to drive it first. I thought it was a certified pre-owned but it was actual a new car she had picked out. Got us through the paperwork when you buy and it took about 20 minutes and we were ready to go. He took the time to show my wife all the bells and whistles she has come to love from Audi. That one on one experience was amazing like it was in 2023. It was my wife’s anniversary present and she loves it. If you want a good experience a a luxury I recommend Audi of Jackson.

Leroy is an excellent salesman which is a rarity in today's age of the automotive industry. I drive over 2 hours to work with him and he got the deal done like he said he would. I highly recommend Audi Englewood because of Leroy!
