Star Motor Cars review
I recently bought a Mercedez S550 from Justin Seureau . The entire sales and after sales process was very professional, pleasant, and efficient. I am really happy with the service i recieved. It felt like family the way they took care of me. Justin, the sales director, helped to guide me to the car and test driving it I ended up buying; and also took his time to explain many features of the car; and Chad a very smiling face made the financial part pleasant and quick. if you want the best buying experience of buying a luxury car, go see Justin , and he will make you feel great about your choice to buy your car. They have the best well maintained cars i would recommend this dealership to everyone. They have owned my business for life and i will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family as well. Thanks again Justin for your excellent customer service.
2019 Audi Q5 review
The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

Satisfactory. All questions were answered. Salesman was nice and courteous. Jonny Harris took care of all our questions and needs. Although he did not agree to provide a golf bag which was on display, but he did good.

Audi North Houston review
Audi in North Houston is my go to dealership! I’ve gotten two Audi vehicles and I’m so in love! I love the professionalism as well as attention to detail from the staff. They are always striving to do the best and I genuinely feel like they care about the customer. My sales rep was Callie and she was more than amazing. She is very kind, patient and thorough. Mr. Brett really helped me get the car that I wanted and Daisy is always very helpful whenever I need to take my car in to get serviced. Going to Audi North Houston is quite an experience. I highly recommend this dealership!

Audi Central Houston review
My appointment was with someone else, but after waiting about 15 minutes, I was approached by Sales Manager Michael Mullings who kindly offered to help. He connected with the person with whom I was scheduled to be sure it was ok. This was the first indication of his strength of character and professionalism. Michael was an absolute delight to work with. I was not sure what I wanted to purchase, so he showed me all options and full explained the differences. We ended up searching the used car inventory and took one out for a test drive. He was kind, unassuming and very patient with me. He even worked late to help me, since I needed to purchase a car very quickly. The next day, we negotiated a price via phone and I was able to come in after work to complete the purchase. He had the car detailed and paperwork ready to go on my arrival. So I was only there for about 30-40 minutes. Then he and another salesman kindly helped me get my current and new car to my apartment complex which was only 5 minutes from the dealership. As a woman, I appreciated Michael treating me with respect and kindness, and most of all, like a serious buyer. I also am grateful for the speed at which he operated to help me get a wonderful deal and vehicle quickly. I could not be happier with the service and experience with Michael Mullings at Audi Central Houston!!

Audi Sugar LandReviews
Audi Sugar Land review
I had an outstanding experience working with Logan Daniel at Audi Sugar Land. From the moment I walked in, Logan went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and all the options available. What truly stood out was how he exceeded my expectations at every step—answering all my questions, being transparent, and making sure I felt confident about my purchase. He genuinely cared about delivering a great customer experience rather than just making a sale. If you’re looking to buy an Audi and want someone who will go the extra mile, I highly recommend working with Logan. Thank you for making the experience exceptional! 🚗✨

I highly recommend working with Christian on the purchase of your Audi! He was very professional. This was my first time buying an Audi! Made my experience very easy! Would definitely shop at Audi west again! Thank you
2023 Audi Q5 review
A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

Beau Kelly did a follow up call post my recall. He resolved my heads up display issue and helped me resolve my user setting. Beau was so patient and stuck with it until the matter was fixed. I’m so happy either way this outcome. What excellent service. Thank you Beau and Audi Borth Houston.

Shawn's Motor Credit review
I had an excellent experience with Shawn’s Motor Credit. After reaching out about a Camaro listed online, Mr. Rojar Richdan responded quickly and scheduled a test drive. He was professional, knowledgeable, and never pushy, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. This was by far the best car-buying experience I’ve had. I highly recommend Shawn’s Motor Credit and especially Rojar if you’re looking for outstanding customer service!

not the most exciting looking vehicle, but a brilliant car, and beautiful inside, where it matters. Love driving it, and traded for an A5 .

I had a great experience working with my salesman, Matt! He was very nice, helpful, and had a great sense of humor, which made the whole experience feel comfortable and not stressful at all. Even though I didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle, he was still very patient, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured to buy anything. I really appreciated his time and help, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle!

Quality vehicles, quality employees. Worked with Rojan who knows his inventory front and back and no question was left unanswered. I sold cars for 7 years and I was highly impressed with the attention to detail this dealership brought to the table. Great cars, great prices and professional employees from the front to the back. I highly recommend this dealer!
2022 Audi Q5 review
I bought my q5 brand new. So far so good, no issues and I've got 45000 kms on it. Unfortunately it had to go in for a few recalls but it's cleared and mine passes. I'm still iffy about those recalls, the piston rod worries me the most. Aside from my worries, very attractive vehicle. I got the beige interior and it looks more special that way. The performance is more than enough for an suv that size. I had to get new tires this year, so I was surprised at how fast this SUV chews away at tires. You do have to rotate the tires every year or they just wear out differently. I'm happy I got it in 2022 because the 2025 being $20 grand more is pushing it for the spec I have. So far its been nothing but oil changes. I don't have any issues yet and I don't expect any. Oh and this vehicle in the snow is superb!!! You'll never get stuck that's for sure. As for breaking, if you have good tires it's good.

2020 Audi Q5 review
Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.
