The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

The black 2022 Audi Q5 is great looking and has amazing performance! My only complaint would be I've had a couple of small problems you wouldn't expect from a brand new car! I.e.- Rear hatch doesn't close all the way sometimes & pops up. It stays closed but not tight and the dash light comes on, tire pressure doesn't consistently stay the same?(No idea why but definitely unusual)

Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

I took my car to BMW in Norwood, Massachusetts for repair (check engine and ABS light, L axle replacement, new wheels and tires and new brakes) and other. That was one of greatest BMW service dealers experience that I never had. Starting from excellent customer service, guidance in the decision making process, the highly competitive and reliable technical repair through the affordable repair cost and follow up. The car is beautiful and luxurious. It has surprising power. The ride is very comfortable. The back is spacious for carrying whatever is needed. I have no issues.

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

I replaced a starter which was very pricey. They also forgot to replace a few parts on the underbody of the car. I had to make another appointment to have that done

Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.

Happy with my service but disappointed to find my car was dinged in the process. Dealer promises courtesy vehicle and car wash after service?I received neither.

I love driving my wife's SQ5, we test drove the non S. All Q5 have a very comfortable ride, sharp handling and great acceleration. I have 23 dodge charger r/t daytona and I'm very impressed my wife's q5.

I liked seeing photos of the specific parts of my car that needed work done. What would make the experience even better would be one extra step?taking the same photographs of the NEW REPLACEMENT PARTS installed in the car! I can?t answer the question of the quality of the repairs if I can?t see the work that was done. Does the car drive better now? Yes, absolutely.
