2026 Audi Q7 review
The Q7 is a great SUV! We did have an alternator issue about 10days after purchase. The Dealer handled it immediately and made it easy. We purchased the S Line with the 6 cylinder engine and upgraded exterior and interior.

Audi North Scottsdale review
We purchased a new 2021 Q7 from Audi North Scottsdale and were residing in New Mexico at the time. New Mexico is notoriously slow at governmental things (titling vehicles for example) and after almost a year and a subsequent move from Santa Fe to The Boulders in North Scottsdale we had a nightmare on our hands trying to get a title transfer. Chris Powell, GM, and his team stepped in and got the issue solved for us. We will always buy our cars from Chris!

Audi North Scottsdale review
just now I literally can’t put it all in the review, but I’ll summarize with, “This was the first time I had a pleasurable experience at a dealership” Nelson was the salesperson I worked with, but I think they all operate on a professional level. I’d recommend the place to anyone, but I am most impressed by how fast they found me the car I wanted and helped me decide based on all the options I had. I even got some education in the Certification process for an Audi Pre-Owned. I’ll be back to pick up a gently used A4 Allroad once someone is kind enough to trade one in!

I work for the Alfredo to purchase a used vehicle from their lot he scheduled time with me and did an amazing job of trying to make sure that everything was ready for me the second I showed up on the lot. The finance team was awesome. There were no games being played pretty straightforward out the door type situation. I could not have asked for an easier or better experience! Would highly recommend this dealership in the future and if you're interested in a no-nonsense type of group to work with who put customer service at the forefront of the experience!

Audi Chandler review
We were in the market for an Audi Q7 and had been in touch with multiple dealerships carrying the specifications we wanted. We ultimately decided to purchase from Audi Chandler, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Ed was extremely helpful throughout the process. He informed us about the car’s availability, shared details over the phone ahead of time, and made everything very straightforward when we arrived at the dealership. In fact, we ended up coming in on one of his days off, and he still made sure someone was there waiting to take care of us. We test drove the vehicle and decided to move forward with the purchase the same day. What really stood out was the professionalism and customer service. The team answered our questions promptly, never pressured us into buying extras or add-ons, and made the entire process feel comfortable, transparent, and low stress. Since the car needed new tires, they were even willing to provide us with a loaner while everything was being completed, which we really appreciated. On top of that, because we live outside Chandler, they arranged to have the vehicle dropped off at our home once the tires were installed the following week. It made the entire purchase process incredibly convenient and allowed us to handle almost everything in essentially one visit. Overall, this was a top-notch experience, and we would highly recommend Audi Chandler to anyone looking for an Audi.

Stephanie went above and beyond to help me out and is their new GM. I have been buying cars their for the last 10 years and have had nothing but exceptional service. Stephanie is professional and a sweetheart but most of all looked for my needs on issues I was having and facing. Their whole staff is amazing and helpful like Phil (service manager) Aldo (customer care and service dept) and Ray Holguin their Financial services consultant! If you want to go buy or lease a car please go see David Miller and there's only one word to describe him? Awesome!!!!!! TY everyone at Audi Chandler and the Penske Team. :)

Great shopping experience at Audi Chandler. The sales rep (Phaulner) was very transparent on all costs and available deals. There were a couple of dealer add-ons (window tinting and diamond ceramic body coating) which I did not want to he took one off and reduced the price on the other to their cost. The only thing was the sale associate quoted me the incorrect money factor for my lease and after I sent and email to the finance manager, the GM met with me and apologized and said it was an honest mistake. This was OK because the sales person told me the money factor was a incredible 1% APR but with the lease terms, I calculated the actual money factor at 2% APR which is still an amazing rate so it was OK that the sales person mistakenly told me the wrong money factor.

CarMax Garland review
I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

Our experience was amazing. We ordered a custom Defender and watched as it progressed across the ocean. Within only a few weeks, we received exactly what we ordered. No surprises and amazing customer service.

Audi Henderson review
We recently relocated to Las Vegas and visited a few dealerships before stopping at Audi Henderson to find a pre-owned car. Austin approached us casually, with knowledge about all models of Audi. He effortlessly helped us through the selection process, then negotiated what we felt was a fair deal. Jason then provided a streamlined experience for the warranties and financials. Thanks Austin and Jason! We had a great experience at Audi Henderson.

Audi Henderson review
If you’re in the market for an Audi, do not hesitate to see the folks at Audi Henderson! The entire team is great, but the real star is Austin! I’ve worked with him twice now and he is my go-to salesguy. From being incredibly knowledgeable and helpful to extremely efficient, he is simply the best. He made sure the whole process of getting a new vehicle was fast and fun too. He was extremely patient as I made up my mind between 2 completely different models, and was very helpful in guiding me to the correct choice. I couldn’t be happier with both my car and my experience with Austin! When I’m ready to make the switch again in the future, I’m sure Austin will again excel in helping me get the car I want!
