I purchased a 2012 Boss 302. Phil was very personable and easy to talk to, and enjoyable to talk to on the phone from the first time I called. After the test drive, I noticed an exhaust rattle under drivers side. He said he would have the technician check it. They found the issue and fixed it. I was happy because it was so annoying and wouldn't want to buy a car with a known issue already. I wanted to keep the car there for a little bit since we just had a snow storm and didn't want to drive it on snowy and salty roads, so he was gracious to allow that and had to follow up with me on picking it up. Great service! I had to take a train into the city to pick up the car. Phil sent me the name, phone, AND picture of the car picking me up. I truly appreciated that so I knew what car to look for, could contact the driver when he arrived, and be comforted and prove he is actually the one picking me up. When I picked up the car, it wouldn't start. I was concerned if the dealer would just jump it, and the battery was bad, I drive off and then get stuck on the road, and have to buy another battery already. He had service check the battery to make sure it would hold a charge, and if not, replace it. The battery ended up being ok, and they charged it for awhile. The hot tea was nice while i waited because it was sooooo cold! Lol. He was patient with me. The numbers seemed off by a small amount when i was calculating the final price. I was trying to figure how the tax was being calculated, on vehicle price alone, or with other fees. Phil was considerate to ask a question too about it to his manager, which I truly appreciated, and didn't make me feel like i was a burden for asking. Phil seemed genuinely concerned for me as a customer, gave great customer service, went out of his way to help me, and I would do business with him again! Jim
