Great response from my call of inquiry and I was able to come within 24-48 hours to purchase the car. It was detailed very well and a very nice dealership. Located in the very busy downtown area of Chicago so a bit of a challenge to get to 2 hours away. I would have liked more information on the car’s hybrid features but was able to google most things on my own. I bought a Toyota RAV4 hybrid and it’s an Audi dealership. They don’t deal with slit of those to be fair. Excellent service from my salesperson. I would recommend this dealership if you’re looking for a used, like-new vehicle.

After I retired I knew any car that I bought from then on would probably be used. I live in rural Maine where winters are variable but always challenging with bouts of snow, freezing rain and cold. The State of Maine’s official policy is for all roads to be clear of ice and snow within 24 hours of the end of a storm so to accomplish this feat a lot of ice melt i spread which wrecks havoc with the ice and snow that covers the road but also will steadily eat away at the undersides and running components of cars. Thus for my cars I have found it necessary to shop online to buy a car that has never seen a Maine winter.. Now, shopping online for a “new” car is frightening to most people and that is easy to understand. So when I go shopping for a car I depend a lot on the visual presentation of the vehicle as well as any other clues about the nature of the dealership that holds the car for sale. There are many websites devoted to selling used cars and it was on one of them that I discovered the 2014 Mercedes Benz ML550 that I bought. I found it at Supreme Carriage in Wauconda, Illinois. I had been hunting for a Mercedes Benz SUV that had certain items of equipment necessary for my use here in Maine. There it was sparkling with not only the right equipment but the right use and maintenance history: Now for many people buying a car sight unseen located more than 1200 miles away might seem impossible. But from the deep information on the Supreme Carriage website the condition of the vehicle seemed to be outstanding. I had a fairly lengthy discussion with Shaun, the owner on the phone. Shaun is knowledgeable and seemed very familiar with the ML.. It was important that he had driven the car with his entire family aboard. I was impressed with his straightforward attitude, no sales pitch, no hype. Shaun also had a reasonable solution to the issue of transporting the car from his shop to my home and I felt comfortable leaving the details of that in his hands. (To be clear, I had done my own shopping for shipping the car and I couldn’t have flown to Illinois and driven the car to Maine for anywhere near the cost of shipping). Obviously this was a highly professional car dealer! So the price was right; the Impression I had formed of the person selling me the Mercedes was strong and the deal was struck on Friday. The car arrived in my driveway the next Thursday. Better still, once in my driveway, the Mercedes ML550 was better than had been described. So I am pleased to recommend Supreme Carriage and its owner Shaun to anyone for your next car regardless of what it might be. What you will get is an honest and straight forward car shopping experience whether you are standing there looking at the car before you buy it or live hundreds of miles away.

This is technically my Mother in Laws car, but My wife and I live under the same roof and we use the car too! It runs and drives really well!! It’s fast when you need it to be, and it’s extremely comfortable!

This thing is stuck on stupid ,gorgeous, in cognito, and such a blast to drive. I scared my father and didn't even have it in stupid mode ! Feel privileged to have this vehicle as a blue collar guy . I'll be buried with it !

2016 Audi S5 review
I got my 2016 S5 with 65k. I graduated from a 328xi and oh my what a pleasure. After 20,000 km and 4 oil changes she continues to perform. Dropping from 19" to 18" wheels and the Quattro drive made winter driving more than manageable. I have the flat bottom wheel..wish it was heated. Starts without issue in -35 celcius. The cockpit is just perfect with really comfortable seating. 7 speed double clutch makes moving through the gears really sweet. Breaking is just right for me. Very important to me is to have the MMI embedded in the dash. I hate those big sceens consuming the focus of the interior. Overall I am really satisfied.. Use 94 octane fuel for best performance. So much fun...

2019 Audi S5 review
I’ve had a half dozen Audi’s including several A4s an A3, A5 and a Q3, but this S5 is closest to perfection. I love the versatility of having a refined four door sedan and a huge opening hatch for my bikes. Then set the drive select to dynamic and you have a fun sports car! My main gripe: the virtual cockpit doesn’t work for me and it was hard to find one with analog dials. Also I didn’t like the new touch screen MMI so I bought an older one. Note to Audi: simpler is better!

Coming back to this dealership was totally different experience this time. In the past I experienced alot of anxiety. I felt they took advantage of me, being a older woman, and they did! I wasn't able to sleep feeling they where going to do and say anything to close the sale. I would get sick to my stomach just going into finance. They would high pressure me to buy things I never used, which made my lease note higher and leaving praying I didn't lose the car because of such a high note. Robert and Frank were so great! This time... I left feeling happy and stress free, and with the car I really wanted and could afford, instead of a car they wanted me to have and did whatever it took to make the sale. The Management team is wonderful! I'm so happy they weeded out the bad. I would recommend that a woman could go to Ziegler Honda and not worry about being taken advantage of. I was looking for a 2022 Navigator and Driven Auto had the only one in a 300 mile radius for a competitive price. The pictures of the vehicle were excellent, so I requested more info and their salesman Basil got back with me. He was extremely helpful and even checked to see if I could reserve the vehicle since I was out of state and it was Saturday and couldn't get into the dealership until Monday. I scheduled a trip to the dealership and let Basil know. When I got to the dealership, the car was washed and ready for me. The detailing was top notch. Basil was helpful and not pushy at all. He answered any and all questions and worked with my bank to get the purchase finalized. When the paperwork was signed, they didn't try to sell me a bunch of extra things. I really appreciated that. Overall it was very pleasant experience and everything went smoothly. The price was very competitive across 3 states, and Basil was very helpful and pleasant to interact with. I saw several reviews complain that Driven Auto didn't hold a car and sold it before they got there, so yes it really is first come first serve, but to me that is completely understandable and was communicated very clearly to me. 5 out of 5 would buy there again.
2021 Audi S5 review
With the AWD, fire breathing turbo V6, and refined interior it really does everything you could ask. The trunk is sizeable, the back seat is comfortable. the rear seats fold down. Comfortable carving canyon roads or heading out to a fancy dinner. Just a great car.

2019 Audi S5 review
Has the comfort for the daily driver but the performance when you want it to enjoy when not in traffic. I wish I could keep this car but must sell as I need a larger car for my growing family.
