I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.

I had a flat tire and of course took it to my dealer, Germain Lexus. My regular rep was out and They assign Dan Rusunik who was excellent taking care of the problem and suggesting another policy since my warranty had expired. Thanks for all the great service.

Overall this contact with Audi Fort Myers went well. I called after receiving a letter regarding a recall. I was able to get an appointment the next day and reserved a loaner vehicle since my car could not be promised for return on the day I dropped it off. The process of drop off and obtaining the loaner vehicle went smoothly and they were able to complete the service on the same day. I never experienced the issue(s) described by the recall, which was resolved by a software upgrade, so assuming the was done and quality of repair was good. I did have a small issue with a charge for the loaner vehicle, but I contacted the Service Rep and he worked with the Service Department Manager to resolve the issue quickly.

I bought a lovely E400, which was totalled by a truck after only 4 months. I went back and they had another E400 - this time a convertable. I bought the car "as is" - however, there were some problems and one in particular I felt compelled to reach out about. They truly didn't have to do anything, however, the paid for the issue, and as well, threw in an extra that was big and totally unexpected. I cannot say enough - I think everyone knows how tough buying a car is, especially pre-owned and how the follow-up afterwards can be so challenging. I generally would have sucked it up and just not bothered. Vinnie even called me from home after work and the GM saw me immediately within 24 hours. The SQ5 comes standard with around 350 hp and with only some minor modifications can get up to 450 hp. Combine that with Audis consistently having the most comfortable yet driver centric cockpits and this is the most balanced and pleasurable vehicle I’ve owned in over 20 years. For record, I’m comparing this against previously purchased Audi S4s and a V8 BMW M3. The SQ5 is a sedate mom car when you want it to be and a competitor to the Porsche Camen when you put it into sport mode. Fully fun and functional.

'22 SQ5. Great handling, even at its limits. Factory all season tires suck in the snow and ice. Super sensitive to road variations - not exactly like bump steer - more like a caster thing, although it's within spec. Same exact MMI issue as this review "Great car Mechanically, Software is Terrible November 17, 2023. Other complaint is the auto-braking feature. Very unsettling at speed.
