The dealership was fine although it was there many hours even by a used car that we decided on the price in a text before I got there, but my issue is I’ve been trying to get paperwork from the dealership with my purchase price and all the details where all the fees and taxes are and a copy of the seven year extended warranty, which I have no proof that I even bought it so right now I’m kind of discouraged because of that

After an introductory text from Austin, I was coordinating an OTD price for the specific stock number. Mo was amiable to deal with during the whole of our negotiating via text (my preferred contact) and via phone. The sales process was low pressure and professional. S line, ambient lighting, colored interior, touch screen etc). A quick Google search showed us one at Conway and when we called, Juan told us all about the Q3 that we seen. Immediately, we advised Juan we were on our way to take a look at it. Juan advised that he would pull it up front and have it ready for us. He did exactly that! While we were pulling up, Juan was parking in the front of the business! It was love at first sight! Right away, my daughter knew, as did her parents, that this was it! From start to finish, Juan was great and helped us with everything we asked for! We love her new vehicle and would recommend Conway to all!
