We went in for our 4th annual checkup on our Q5 and Tou was our assigned service rep. Very impressed with his knowledge and guidance thru the whole process. He arranged for us to use a new Q5 while we waited for our car and took the time to point out some different things about the car. We were promptly notified throughout the time they worked on the car. We received texts with recommendations for additional service. Not pushy at all. Everything went very smoothly from the time we dropped the car off until the time it was serviced and ready to go.

2019 Audi Q5 review
The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

2023 Audi Q5 review
This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

2025 Audi Q7 review
Car produced many, Almost daily issues with interruptions in safety features I.E. automatic braking not working, etc, Audi seems to have addressed this now. Comfortable, quiet and powerful car. Small third row, but nice to have. Gas mileage in city 17 mpg, improves to 29 on highway. Expensive to maintain, I’ll probably dump it after warranty is up. Depreciates a lot, so will take that.

If needed I'd buy and shop here again. The salesman Britt P. was pleasant to work with too. I wanted a better finance rate because my credit score told me I could get one. I was advised to check around. In the end I was able to get a lower rate from another source and get the vehicle I wanted. I'm scheduled for some detail work on the vehicle and I trust it will be done well too.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

2023 Audi SQ5 review
I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.

2015 Audi A3 review
I bought used with 80k 2015 A3 cabriolet, I immediately replaced the water pump and reservoir, I did delete those ridiculously oversized mufflers and did resonator delete and brought some life to tone. I drive 40 miles a day 5 days a week and I enjoy it on the weekends and I absolutely love this car! It has sport car quality yet luxurious at the same time. I did do some performance upgrades and OMG I this car is a little beast! I just tuned it and the transmission was tuned and motor mount inserts and a k&n filter (stock airbox) and some structural upgrades nothing big some braces and bilstien shocks added CarPlay oh yeah and performance rotors. All these added parts were not much $$$, the car was good when I bought it but it’s Great now!!!! I love my car and I intend on buying another one when I hit 120k miles. The car runs like a dream and still looks good after 11yrs

We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Amazing car. Fast, luxurious cruiser with ample amounts of space! Unique styling makes it a head turner! Interior is very comfortable and functional, and the touch screens are very intuitive to learn.
