We had a truly great experience visiting Audi Dealership. The Sales person and the Sales manager were very accessible negotiating the price of our New Q7. After making the deal, the person in financing was very helpful in explaining every detail.
Audi Dominion is awesome. From their new service and sales facility to their staff. However, their best asset is Mojda Abdulrashid! She is the consummate professional, making sure every i is dotted and T crossed in relation to the health of my A7 and what we need to do to keep it purring. She has been there at Cavender Audi (at old location and now here) for years and bends over backwards to help in any way she can. I TRUST her opinion. That is unheard of with every other vehicle I have owned. If you get an Audi in San Antonio, go see Mojda!
I always dread shopping for a new vehicle. High pressure sales and back and forth negotiations are not my thing. Thanks to Lou Syring, we had a great experience! No pressure, never tried to talk me into something I did not want, and worked HARD to meet my budget. He even found a $1000 discount through my Sam's Club membership!

Cody and the tech team worked until they found the source of the strange whistling problem....and everything they did was covered under warranty from a previous service that was done there before I bought the car from a family member. They even had multiple technicians AND the department manager ride with me to listen to the sound, to make sure they knew what they were listening for and finally get it corrected. And they assured me that if I heard it come back when the weather warmed up again, I just needed to bring it back and they’d put me in a loaner car again. It was like finding a needle in haystack, but they never complained or argued about me “hearing things.” Great place, great people! I always feel like a person, not a number. :)
This was a good car-buying experience. The salesman was Richard Cortez and he was calm, practical, listened to what I said and didn’t try to override me. No one at this dealership wasted time, and although everyone wants to get the best deal possible, especially a car dealership, I never felt less than in control of the negotiation or pressured. I felt that Richard had his manager’s support throughout. Everyone was nice as well as low key, including the finance manager I dealt with. I like the CX5 I bought, but to put the cherry on top, the GM of the dealership, largest in the city, thanked me for my business. Kudos to North Park Mazda.
Even though we couldn't walk out with a vehicle at this time, customer service was great, and I loved that they are straightforward and fast on theirs service. We will definitely come back when we are ready and have already referred family.
I purchased a CPO A5 at Cavender Audi. I noticed issues with it and returned the next day. I was informed that the earliest they would be able to service my vehicle was 2 months away. Upon hearing this, I called North Park Audi. When asking for an appointment time, Melina asked me when would I like to bring it in. The salesman seemed astonished at how quick it would be serviced as he was sitting in the car with me when the appointment was made. After dropping it off at North Park, the quality of the CPO inspection performed at Cavender was brought into sharp focus. Warped brake rotors, engine head gasket needed replacement, and Sirius/XM antennae all needed repairs. I called and emailed Cavender and did not hear from them while North Park was working on my car. When I picked it up, it was cleaner than I left it (3 days after I purchased the car), and the work they performed has me more than satisfied. North Park will service my vehicle needs as long as I have an Audi.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. If you want sell your car with no hassle, go with Caravan. Thanks for the best service Tom.
