The time had dome for us to do a vehicle upgrade. We decided on getting a low-mile pre-pandemic RAV4 because of the issues that multiple manufacturers have had with new vehicles. I am very particular about what I want in a car (color, features, trim, etc.), and I found a very close match at AutoNation Toyota. Even though we live almost 600 miles away, it was worth the journey there. Our salesperson, Roberta Billing, worked with me on most of the details even before I made the trip to ensure that everything would be easy once I arrived. She even picked me up at the RSW airport and gave me a ride in. She is quite knowledgeable of Toyota's products and was able to answer my questions, even the more detailed ones. She also was able to arrange financing on surprisingly good terms. She had no problem with me wanting to have a pre-purchase inspection done by a local garage and the RAV4 I wanted was exactly as advertised. Completing the final paperwork was a straightforward process, and I had any questions addressed to my satisfaction. I was done in 4 hours (2 of them were just waiting on and getting the inspection), and I was on my way home. A long drive will reveal any car's quirks, but the RAV4 I purchased was a very pleasant ride home. I am looking forward to many years of reliable service from it! Holy crap....2014 S5 auto very addicting and makes u smile the entire time ur driving. Very quick around town roads. The launch control is remarkable as I never have been beat from cars with more horsepower from a dig. My car ran to 60mph stock and with 105000 miles in 4.6 seconds and 1/4 was 13.1 at 105 mph this was tested my a speed tester box. Weekness is anything over 70 mph to the floor not as quick feeling. Also top end before speed limiter came on was 159. Car will do 175 if removed.

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

Salesman was great to work with and finance was easyI had a few requests and all was taken care of Efren was great. Really didn?t think I would drive it off the lot in just 2 hrs.

The buying experience was long. I waited for hours to get financing then was rushed through delivery outside in 90 degree weather. The salesperson was nice, but scattered, mixing up the keys to my car with another vehicle. The car detailing for delivery was disappointing as the car had water spots all over it despite the fact it was in the showroom when I decided to buy it. I did appreciate the gifts! I have been very pleased with the service on my previous vehicle from this dealership.

It may not be an AUDI but the new 2022 Jeep Gladiator Mojave that we bought in FT. Myers is first class. The facility was spotless and the team made the buying process hassle free.

Purchased a Q5 in September and it was a great purchase. I scheduled an oil change and tire balance/ rotation 4/17. As soon as I pulled into the service department I was impressed as the serviceman welcomed me by name and confirmed I was early for my appointment. I am an Audi aficionado and these guys get it. I will gladly drive the additional distance to take my vehicle to Audi Fort Myers!

All personnel treated me with dignity and respect....as if l just bought a new car from them. I only came in for a recall issue. I was impressed with the video demonstrating the work that was done on my car and the timeliness in finishing the job. I liked the fact that they washed and vacummed my car; I'll definitely go back when my car needs servicing.

I have had five other Audis. This is the most fun of all. I already know the reliability of Audi. The style and performance is unbelievable!!!!

Been a Audi customer 3 decades. The Q5 is my 2nd SUV purchase & is above & beyond comfortable,quiet & spacious . Audi Brooklyn NYC always goes the extra mile to please the customer.

The black 2022 Audi Q5 is great looking and has amazing performance! My only complaint would be I've had a couple of small problems you wouldn't expect from a brand new car! I.e.- Rear hatch doesn't close all the way sometimes & pops up. It stays closed but not tight and the dash light comes on, tire pressure doesn't consistently stay the same?(No idea why but definitely unusual)

Over one year owning this car and I'm still as smitten with it as on day 1. This car is still the best all-around SUV on the market right now, in my opinion. I hope to see the PHEV tradeoffs deliver more range in the future. Mine gets plugged in daily. For me it's getting about 30 ev / 330 total miles per refueling. I'm looking forward to the bigger Audi models getting the same system with larger range figures.

My only negative is that the seats are very stiff in winter and uncomfortable. Without remote start it takes awhile to warm up. And you cannot leave it to warm up locked. I also find the headrest to be too far back. My favorite features 1st the sound system! I feel like I’m at my own personal concert. In addition to this the Q3 is so quiet so I don’t have to try to hear my audio book above the pot holes, suspension, and trucks around me. 2nd The luxury is in the details. Everything from the indoor running lights you can change, the lift gate level adjustment, the finer details of the wood panels and spacious interior. 3rd The ease of everything. Adaptive cruise, lane assistance, the lift gate opening and closing with just a kick, opening the doors with the key in my pocket, phone charger. 4th The technology. Oh it’s so lovely. Maps, music, customizing every little thing to my own personal preference on the dash and steering wheel. It’s a lovely vehicle. I wanted another small car but fell in love with the Q3. It is smaller so I don’t feel like I’m taking up too much space. I don’t have offspring so it’s more than enough room.

I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.

Amazing car. Fast, luxurious cruiser with ample amounts of space! Unique styling makes it a head turner! Interior is very comfortable and functional, and the touch screens are very intuitive to learn.
