I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

I have owned a number of Audi cars and this is by far the best I have driven. It is very quiet and smooth and the acceleration is the best aspect of the car. I purchased it used with low mileage and it is a great value. This car will be memorable.

I purchased this vehicle preowned. For the price I paid, this vehicle definitely was worth it! As a former Lexus owner, I am accustomed to leather heated seats and other amenities, but I am definitely impressed with the speed in which the vehicle is able to leap into moving traffic on the highway. There is ample legroom for backseat passengers, even while I (at 5'10 ) am driving. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my Audi Q3.

The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.

The best dealership ive ever dealt with in many years. Outstanding customer service. Worked hard in making a deal , not just run my crédit and never call back when not getting approved.

My only negative is that the seats are very stiff in winter and uncomfortable. Without remote start it takes awhile to warm up. And you cannot leave it to warm up locked. I also find the headrest to be too far back. My favorite features 1st the sound system! I feel like I’m at my own personal concert. In addition to this the Q3 is so quiet so I don’t have to try to hear my audio book above the pot holes, suspension, and trucks around me. 2nd The luxury is in the details. Everything from the indoor running lights you can change, the lift gate level adjustment, the finer details of the wood panels and spacious interior. 3rd The ease of everything. Adaptive cruise, lane assistance, the lift gate opening and closing with just a kick, opening the doors with the key in my pocket, phone charger. 4th The technology. Oh it’s so lovely. Maps, music, customizing every little thing to my own personal preference on the dash and steering wheel. It’s a lovely vehicle. I wanted another small car but fell in love with the Q3. It is smaller so I don’t feel like I’m taking up too much space. I don’t have offspring so it’s more than enough room.

Love how easy the process was and even more so that it wasn’t high pressure. Every person I had interactions with during the process was super kind and patient (I’m recovering from spine surgery, a little foggy occasionally) I super appreciated being able to work with Bella on my purchase/paperwork. Just received my Alpina B6 that I purchased sight unseen and had shipped to the East Coast. I couldn't find another B6 anywhere in the country with all of the options and a color I wanted. It is beautiful, as described. I found Horatiu to be frank and very helpful in walking me through the uncertainty of such an expensive purchase from 2500 miles away. He answered all of my questions quickly, helped set up the inspection at a local BMW dealer, made me a few extra keys for the wheels, and after the deal was done, money wired and car shipped, continued to be responsive when I had a question or needed additional paperwork. I am not a person who likes to bargain, so for me, knowing that he sets a price and sticks to it, was a definite plus! The car is currently at my BMW dealer, getting wrapped and snow tires and a few other extras, and it is getting admiring looks from customers and the BMW dealer employees. This is a great no non-sense dealership. Recently purchased a loaded Mini Cooper S for my wife from Horatio at Select Motors. I found the vehicle posted online along with several other Mini Cooper's he had in stock. I called the dealership before heading through traffic and they let me know that they show by appointment. They asked me to come by a couple hours later which was perfect for me anyway. I showed up to my appointment and I have to say that every one of the cars at this dealership is immaculate. These guys were straight up and knew their inventory and no xxxxxxxx. If you prefer a warm fuzzy salesman that wastes a bunch of your time, I'd go somewhere else. If you want a place to shoot it to you straight, price their cars below market(for options and packages their cars include), and get through the car buying process super quick...then this is your place. Did I mention the quality of their cars? Every single car I looked at appeared as if it was brand new. I was able to buy a fully loaded Mini Cooper S with NAV, a backup camera, parking sensors, Harmon/Kardon sound, heads-up display, etc. for about $12k less than buying a brand new one. The car I purchased is barely broken-in and still has a new car smell. Thanks, Horatio and team for making my car buying experience extremely quick and simple. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the market for another car.
