First thing you need to know is that we didn't even buy a car from Valley. We strolled in one day, exhausted from the high pressure tactics of a neighboring lot and met Thomas. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and absolutely no pressure. After a couple of weeks of his calling us (at our request) with cars we might be interested in and taking us on multiple drives of multiple models, we actually found the perfect car at another lot. We were so close to a RAV4 with Valley but the perfect Outlander fell into our hands on the same day: Thomas was the person who introduced us to the Outlander; he just didn't have on within our budget. When I called to tell him, he wasn't bummed out at all -- he congratulated us on finding something to suit our needs. It was refreshing to have a salesperson more interested in making a suited match than a sale. I also had a great conversation with Bob in the pre-owned lot checking outa couple of other options. That guy knows cars and has sold so many he doesn't even need to sell one to you (but he will, because he's good). There's nothing here that would stop Valley from being our first stop next time we need a new car. Stop by and see Thomas or Bob, they'll set you up right.

2018 Audi S5 review
Love the car only had a coolant pump issue but ever since it's been smooth sailing. The car is gorgeous and incredibly comfortable with beautifully designed interiors. I've drive both the Mercedes c43 Amg and the bmw 340i which I think are this car's competition and I'd still have this as my overall pic.

2025 Audi A5 review
Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

We couldn't stay the first day to finish the transaction and they were totally understanding. We dealt with two different finance guys over the two days, and they were courteous and no-pressure as well. Rasethnu had the car ready to go all clean and shiny. He was very thorough in going over the vehicle warranty and vehicle features and how to use/ access them in this digital age. The car was washed and detailed to perfection on delivery. On subsequent visits, to follow up on accessories, Rasethnu saw that they were installed and the car was again washed for us. Aaron, in finance, was very helpful in processing our paperwork. While the purchase of a vehicle can be stressful, Rasethnu, and the people at St Paul Audi (including their parts manager who has 50 years with the company) made this purchase a very pleasant experience.
