Diamond Auto SalesReviews
Diamond Auto Sales review
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2006 Honda Element from Diamond Auto Sales in Alameda, CA, and I must say, my experience was absolutely phenomenal. Alex, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure that I had the best car-buying experience possible. Not only was Alex working on Father's Day, but he also had his sweet daughter Sophia helping him at the lot. It was heartwarming to see their dedication and commitment to their customers. I was torn between choosing an automatic or a manual transmission for my Honda Element. I don’t mind the convenience of an automatic transmission, which came with a roof rack and mats, but I really desired the thrill of driving a manual transmission. Alex came up with a brilliant solution. He suggested that my family and I go to lunch while he swapped the roof rack and the mats for me. And to top it off, he even offered a generous $1,000 discount. The level of customer service and attention to detail displayed by Alex truly exceeded my expectations. He went the extra mile to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted while providing outstanding value. In addition to the exceptional customer service and attention to detail, I should commend Diamond Auto Sales for making the paperwork process quick and painless. I have worked in the industry, and it is often not like that. Alex and his team ensured that all the necessary paperwork was handled efficiently, allowing me to get in my fun new Element asap and get home to spend time with my folks for Father’s Day, and less time dealing with administrative tasks. The smooth and hassle-free paperwork process was yet another testament to the professionalism and dedication of Diamond Auto Sales. I cannot recommend Diamond Auto Sales enough. If you're in the market for a used car, I urge you to pay them a visit. Alex will take care of you and make sure you drive away with a smile on your face. I will definitely be giving them my business again in the future, and I'll be telling everyone I know about this fantastic dealership.

Diamond Auto Sales review
I am very proud and pleased to give Alex (Mr. Diamond in the rough) praise for doing what should be done at every used car dealership. Yes, he has the mindset that you are his ONLY customer, and he will "make it right". He is respectful, honest and trustworthy. It's hard to trust the stereotypical "used car salesman"...I don't even need to explain, right? Please toss that connotation out when you shop with Alex and be refreshingly and happily amazed at how he makes it all happen in a non-stressful and productive way. I won't torture you with a long review, but I want to because EVERYTHING was handled so efficiently. I should include that I have been a Sales Manager for IBM and Henry Schein Dental...these multibillion $ co.'s are built on high end sales/service reputations. Point is this: I know greatness when I see it. One or two examples: Spoke to Alex about the Mercedes he had dropped in price to sell (great Carfax info btw...gives "fair price" accurately). Perfectly priced, so no need to dicker. I tell him I will need to get a friend to drive me there in case I buy the car...an uber driver was at my door in less than 15 minutes on Alex's dime. Bought the car and ALL paperwork was done, so I got my plates, stickers, registration in the mail shortly thereafter. Went back to get the smog done and pointed out the air conditioning/heat blower wasn't operating very well; don't forget, this is AFTER the sale. Alex could have charged me for parts and labor, but instead had Eugene (excellent mechanic btw) and Dmitry install the new blower for FREE...ask yourself when that kind of giving attitude and service happened at a used car dealer? Also put on 2 new front tires for “wholesale cost” and no labor charge. Please, you owe it to yourself to be dealt with in a professional and experienced service oriented manner...I am completely sold on Alex. P.S. In the short time I've gotten to know him, Alex has impressed me also with his love of his family. I value this also. Hope you go meet Alex...he will without a doubt, validate this review.
2013 Audi A3 review
This car has been fantastic for any weather condition. It also looks stylish and is super fun to drive. I don't want to sell it, however, I never use it--so financially it does not make sense to keep it. I would recommend this car to anyone!

2021 Audi RS 5 review
Purchased this with only 5000 miles on it from Audi dealer whose sales person was original owner. Agree with the previous review about what a great car this is. The comparable BMW M series and Mercedes AMG have even more muscle and more growl, but this car has much better everyday comfort and style and still is a tiger in performance RS mode. I get 0 to 60 in 3.6 secs with good tires. I have a 2018 S5 Sportback which I prefer for longer highway drives where its softer ride, better cargo space and economy, but extra power when you need it, are an advantage, but the 2021 (minimally changed for 2022) RS5 is my fun car and what I take for road rallies in the mountains and for HPDEs on the track. 2.9L twin turbo is a marvel with more HP and torque that older V8 RS5 models. Both cars have been very reliable. Great Audi tech, of course, with impeccable interior, awesome B&O audio system and the recently government approved LED-laser matrix headlamps.

I had the car I wanted transferred in and from start to end they kept me informed. The waiting period was a bit of a bummer, but knowing that my car was arriving made it worth the wait. Ryan was super he completed the transaction and put us in good hands. We had a minor defect with the windows but Ryan made sure it was taken care of . Overall we were quite pleased. We're definitely getting a second car with them . Lidia

Audi Fremont review
ad a great experience purchasing my new RS 3 from Audi Fremont! Huge thanks to Sharang, Hunter, and Hadi for making the entire process so smooth and enjoyable. I had visited several other Audi dealerships before coming here, and Audi Fremont was easily the best experience. Sharang and Hunter treated me seriously and respectfully from the beginning. I told them that if they could give me a good deal, I was ready to purchase the car that day. They brought Hadi over, worked with me on the numbers, and gave me a great deal on the exact fully loaded RS 3 I wanted. My husband and I are both car enthusiasts, so we really appreciated how knowledgeable everyone was about the car. We had a great time talking cars throughout the process. Excellent customer service, a smooth buying process, and a great deal. I’m extremely happy with my new RS 3 and would definitely come back to Audi Fremont for my next car. Thank you again, Sharang, Hunter, and Hadi!

2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

Love the car only had a coolant pump issue but ever since it's been smooth sailing. The car is gorgeous and incredibly comfortable with beautifully designed interiors. I've drive both the Mercedes c43 Amg and the bmw 340i which I think are this car's competition and I'd still have this as my overall pic.

Niello BMW Elk Grove review
I bought a 2009 750i from Niello in Jun 2015. The sale was as smooth and quick, thanks to expert salesman Paul Chamorro and the Finance officer, Po San. After the sale, some things came up that needed attention -- a vibration, a headlight problems, a couple other things that were on the due bill, and a couple of things I asked them to investigate. Ryan Meeker, my service rep took very good care of me and worked with the service dept. to bring the car into excellent condition, with minimum expense to me. It could have been quite expensive, but Niello took responsibility for insuring I was happy with my "new" used car -- quite a deal for me! I couldn't be happier with the attention I've received from Niello. My thanks to everyone.

Darren Wilkerson was our sales person at Niello and he was great. He made the car buying process an overall great experience by really listening to what we needed and delivering on that. He wasn't pushy, took time to explain some of the newer features, gave us a great test drive and in the end made sure we got the car we wanted. Simply put, I plan to buy from Darren and Niello again and recommend others do too.

2025 Audi A5 review
Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

2019 Audi S5 review
Absolutely the most versatile car available. The perfect combination of a sedan, wagon, hatch, and a coupe. The EA839 is a great power plant. Economic all with a great balance of power.
