I had an excellent experience at this dealership. They were focused and knowledgeable about the car I wanted. Howie was helpful rather than pushing a sale. The entire process was quick and smooth, transparent. The car was exactly as advertised, and the team made sure I understood every detail before driving off. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress‑free, honest buying experience.

CHRIS and marcio were incredible. Their service is beyond beyond even though I didn’t buy the car. It was not because of anything they did, it’s just when I factored in the transportation to the northeast it just didn’t make any sense if I lived within 500 miles of them I would buy from them all the time they are the best of the best whoever trained them also should be commended Joe ct Former new car dealer for 50 years

I work for the Alfredo to purchase a used vehicle from their lot he scheduled time with me and did an amazing job of trying to make sure that everything was ready for me the second I showed up on the lot. The finance team was awesome. There were no games being played pretty straightforward out the door type situation. I could not have asked for an easier or better experience! Would highly recommend this dealership in the future and if you're interested in a no-nonsense type of group to work with who put customer service at the forefront of the experience!

I have purchased several Honda vehicles from Right Honda. I personally have enjoyed my time and experience with the sales person Mark Laster. He has been Awesome and the sales experience has been excellent. Whenever I am in need of a vehicle I work only with Mark Laster because of our previous sales experience together. I feel that he knows how to treat a customer without all the pressure and gimmicks that can accompany the sale process. So, YES, i highly recommend Mark Laster and Right Honda for an excellent sales experience.

I am slow to make up my mind, I looked at the car on Monday, came back on Thursday and drove it. Still not quite convinced, I went home to think about it, called Jeremy Friday morning to say I wanted it. Jeremy never applied any pressure, just answered any questions I had and was very present to work with.

Audi Arrowhead review
Joe, Hunter, Garret and Evan make the difference when it comes to car sales. Buying a new car is not something I do often or particularly enjoy, but these gentlemen really make me want to come back to Audi AutoNation Arrowhead for my next vehicle purchase. I think the AutoNation car buying experience is unique because it’s a publicly traded company. The pricing for the car less taxes and title was pretty transparent. No sneaky add-on’s, no upselling and no pressure. I’m glad that we found them.

Stephanie went above and beyond to help me out and is their new GM. I have been buying cars their for the last 10 years and have had nothing but exceptional service. Stephanie is professional and a sweetheart but most of all looked for my needs on issues I was having and facing. Their whole staff is amazing and helpful like Phil (service manager) Aldo (customer care and service dept) and Ray Holguin their Financial services consultant! If you want to go buy or lease a car please go see David Miller and there's only one word to describe him? Awesome!!!!!! TY everyone at Audi Chandler and the Penske Team. :)

Audi North Scottsdale review
just now I literally can’t put it all in the review, but I’ll summarize with, “This was the first time I had a pleasurable experience at a dealership” Nelson was the salesperson I worked with, but I think they all operate on a professional level. I’d recommend the place to anyone, but I am most impressed by how fast they found me the car I wanted and helped me decide based on all the options I had. I even got some education in the Certification process for an Audi Pre-Owned. I’ll be back to pick up a gently used A4 Allroad once someone is kind enough to trade one in!

good vibes had his information on top about the car and listened good to my concerns
2021 Audi RS 5 review
Purchased this with only 5000 miles on it from Audi dealer whose sales person was original owner. Agree with the previous review about what a great car this is. The comparable BMW M series and Mercedes AMG have even more muscle and more growl, but this car has much better everyday comfort and style and still is a tiger in performance RS mode. I get 0 to 60 in 3.6 secs with good tires. I have a 2018 S5 Sportback which I prefer for longer highway drives where its softer ride, better cargo space and economy, but extra power when you need it, are an advantage, but the 2021 (minimally changed for 2022) RS5 is my fun car and what I take for road rallies in the mountains and for HPDEs on the track. 2.9L twin turbo is a marvel with more HP and torque that older V8 RS5 models. Both cars have been very reliable. Great Audi tech, of course, with impeccable interior, awesome B&O audio system and the recently government approved LED-laser matrix headlamps.

LeSueur Car CompanyReviews
LeSueur Car Company review
Almost too fast! 10 days from start to delivery; Good customer service, nice people! Oh wait, that's a 15 word MINIMUM... now I feel silly trying to cram all the good details into such a short statement. (facepalm) The entire experience was painless and fast, as noted; when my credit union balked at working with them they found me a competitive rate with someone who WOULD. They got documents to me quickly, and the car... well, through no fault of his, Steven LeSueur missed that the transporter picked the car up (on memorial day??) so I only got 24 hours notice that it was showing up. I was so used to those things taking forever I was off-balance for a few hours, but hey, that's what I consider a high quality problem. Speaking of which, the shipping cost was very reasonable, especially considering I saved about 6K getting the car there instead of locally. They gave me a great deal on EXACTLY the car I would have purchased if new, and getting that 4K tax credit up front made my life simpler and the loan even smaller than I was prepared to deal with. What's funny is my daughter and many friends live in Phoenix, so they now have a bit of a Northern CA booster with the locals. Oh, and there was no trade-in, so don't take the low rating as a slam; I just had no experience with it here. :-D

Audi ChandlerReviews
Audi Chandler review
We were in the market for an Audi Q7 and had been in touch with multiple dealerships carrying the specifications we wanted. We ultimately decided to purchase from Audi Chandler, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Ed was extremely helpful throughout the process. He informed us about the car’s availability, shared details over the phone ahead of time, and made everything very straightforward when we arrived at the dealership. In fact, we ended up coming in on one of his days off, and he still made sure someone was there waiting to take care of us. We test drove the vehicle and decided to move forward with the purchase the same day. What really stood out was the professionalism and customer service. The team answered our questions promptly, never pressured us into buying extras or add-ons, and made the entire process feel comfortable, transparent, and low stress. Since the car needed new tires, they were even willing to provide us with a loaner while everything was being completed, which we really appreciated. On top of that, because we live outside Chandler, they arranged to have the vehicle dropped off at our home once the tires were installed the following week. It made the entire purchase process incredibly convenient and allowed us to handle almost everything in essentially one visit. Overall, this was a top-notch experience, and we would highly recommend Audi Chandler to anyone looking for an Audi.

Audi Arrowhead review
Josh in the Service Department at Arrowhead Audi did an outstanding job to ensure the best possible outcome in the repair of my Audi. He was very professional and his timely response to ensure I was always informed of the progress of the repairs was greatly appreciated. He clearly outlined the repairs that were necessary and respectfully addressed all of my concerns. Kudos to Josh for a job well done and for being a responsible point of contact in the process. I appreciate his due diligence.

Quick and easy. We knew what we wanted, we told the salesman and he was upfront with us. No games, minor negotiations and we were driving the new vehicle in a few hours
2025 Audi A5 review
Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

Audi Chandler review
Great shopping experience at Audi Chandler. The sales rep (Phaulner) was very transparent on all costs and available deals. There were a couple of dealer add-ons (window tinting and diamond ceramic body coating) which I did not want to he took one off and reduced the price on the other to their cost. The only thing was the sale associate quoted me the incorrect money factor for my lease and after I sent and email to the finance manager, the GM met with me and apologized and said it was an honest mistake. This was OK because the sales person told me the money factor was a incredible 1% APR but with the lease terms, I calculated the actual money factor at 2% APR which is still an amazing rate so it was OK that the sales person mistakenly told me the wrong money factor.

Audi North ScottsdaleReviews
Audi North Scottsdale review
We purchased a new 2021 Q7 from Audi North Scottsdale and were residing in New Mexico at the time. New Mexico is notoriously slow at governmental things (titling vehicles for example) and after almost a year and a subsequent move from Santa Fe to The Boulders in North Scottsdale we had a nightmare on our hands trying to get a title transfer. Chris Powell, GM, and his team stepped in and got the issue solved for us. We will always buy our cars from Chris!

I had the car I wanted transferred in and from start to end they kept me informed. The waiting period was a bit of a bummer, but knowing that my car was arriving made it worth the wait. Ryan was super he completed the transaction and put us in good hands. We had a minor defect with the windows but Ryan made sure it was taken care of . Overall we were quite pleased. We're definitely getting a second car with them . Lidia
