What a wonderful time I had shopping and buying a car for my husband. We know what we wanted. We narrowed down our search to two cars in two stores. We went to the first store further away from us and were not happy with the service from the start. The car was ok, but it's much more to us than just the "best price". Thank goodness we found the car store. Got the perfect car, for an unbeatable price and MOST IMPORTANTLY had the absolute best time during our purchase. Seems unlikely to enjoy yourself during a stressfull time like buying a car, but they were absolutely WONDERFUL. A special thank you to Gene the owner, who made us feel like family.

With availability at near zero, this plug-in hybrid exudes luxury and quality throughout. As production has halted due to parts availability (a wire harness WAS made in the Ukraine, it could be over a year before this model is available again. I found one in Southern California (couldn't find a new one, settling on a low mileage 2021 model) and after purchasing, drove it up to Denver. What a fun trip that was! The only negative is I'll take quite some time to learn all of the features of this Prestige model.

Regarding Stephan and Lauren's purchase of the Audi 2021 on 3/20 2024. Working with Judas and Bill Smith. They really guided us through and h they were on top of everything that we needed to sign and they were courteous and very pleasant to deal with. Ryan was the gentleman that took an hour with us in the car, explaining all the nuts and bolts of how the Audi performs. He was wonderful. He was comical, but he was exact. I have been a consumer of this Service Department for over 15 years for my 2 BMW hardtop convertibles. The service needed is always laid out in a video of their inspection of the car which is emailed to the customer prior to any work being done. Complex problems have been explained and have received the attention of the Service Manager who has contacted me directly where warranted, Most important is my resulting confidence in the work done.
