Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

Love the car only had a coolant pump issue but ever since it's been smooth sailing. The car is gorgeous and incredibly comfortable with beautifully designed interiors. I've drive both the Mercedes c43 Amg and the bmw 340i which I think are this car's competition and I'd still have this as my overall pic.

Very accommodating to out-of-town buyers, except pay-in-full is required to hold a vehicle. Need more flexibility on this, like allowing sizable deposit with time limits

Although I'm quite biased to Audi for a multitude of reasons, the A5 is absolutely perfect. Jam packed with features. I'm extremely impressed with the virtual cockpit. Currently 3 years old any person could look at the exterior, open the door, sit down in the passenger seat and think this is a 2022. My personal favorite thing about Audi is how well they do with their legacy. Every car in their lineup ages so well.

From there I worked with Avery and Sandi who were both knowledgeable and thoroughly answered all my questions. They were patient with my indecision, showing me 3 different trims of the same model to make sure I was entirely happy with my choice, and even helped me figure out how to save the most with financing. The Finance Manager, Jason, was great as well. I feel like he got through the paperwork in record time! All employees I came into contact with were amazing! Very friendly and good conversationalists. I felt like I knew them and they made me super comfortable. I have to say, I actually enjoyed their company and was mostly chatting and laughing, I never felt pressured and didn't feel at all like I wasted a day buying a car. This is coming from someone who does NOT trust salesmen the majority of the time (sorry) and DREADS things like this. Purchased this with only 5000 miles on it from Audi dealer whose sales person was original owner. Agree with the previous review about what a great car this is. The comparable BMW M series and Mercedes AMG have even more muscle and more growl, but this car has much better everyday comfort and style and still is a tiger in performance RS mode. I get 0 to 60 in 3.6 secs with good tires. I have a 2018 S5 Sportback which I prefer for longer highway drives where its softer ride, better cargo space and economy, but extra power when you need it, are an advantage, but the 2021 (minimally changed for 2022) RS5 is my fun car and what I take for road rallies in the mountains and for HPDEs on the track. 2.9L twin turbo is a marvel with more HP and torque that older V8 RS5 models. Both cars have been very reliable. Great Audi tech, of course, with impeccable interior, awesome B&O audio system and the recently government approved LED-laser matrix headlamps.

Love this car, but the interior is far below what should be in a car that costs this much. I have the dark gray/ black and it is awful. The vented sections in the leather seats look like they are fading/ spotting in the front and back. This car is babied. It is a definite defect in the leather. Audi wouldn’t do anything. I’m glad it is a lease. I’ll never get that color interior again. Very disappointed with Audi’s poor response.
