This is my second A7 and it is an outstanding vehicle. I own a 2019 Prestige model. I'm glad I chose Audi over the other competitors.

My first interaction with a representative from STG via cel phone did not result in a transaction that met my satisfaction. Some days later I was contacted by a different representative and things went very smoothly. Caesar Q and I reached an agreement that he confirmed by email. I drove down from San Jose with my trade in vehicle and a cashiers check and arrived well after dark. The truck was prepared and ready for me to perform a thorough inspection and test drive. I was inside, outside and under the truck and it was very clean and looked as good as it did in the photos. Caesar was a pleasure to meet and work with. Very friendly and easy to communicate with, he and I shared some similar interests. The paperwork went smoothly and Caesar explained everything about the process as we went along. Ms. Stredder worked diligently with me, my husband, and my brother, (who she also sold a car to months earlier). She was very patient, thorough and demonstrated delightful customer service skills. In fact, my first car of choice was a Mercedes Benz GLE, however, Ms. Stredder?s dedication to provide the best experience at Audi is what detoured us away from Mercedes and into your dealership. It?s a workforce like Ms. Stredder that made a difference, both for your dealership and for your customers. My husband and I were very pleased with the smooth, `no-nonsense? approach Ms. Stredder provided, accompanied by the relaxed and `no pressure? atmosphere there at Audi of Santa Monica. Unfortunately, at the end of our visit, your finance manager devastated our pleasant experience. Mr. Michael Williamson completed the transaction with the final maintenance and service portion. Upon entering his office, he demonstrated an unfriendly, arrogant demeanor. He rambled through the finances in a disinterested and irritated manner. Ms. Stredder had given us a deal which included maintenance in writing. Mr. Williamson called her into the room, unpleasantly, demonstrating rude body language by rolling of the eyes and grunts. He spoke to her in an entitled, rude manner. He scolded Ms. Stredder in his office, in front of his customers for making a deal in writing. If fact, Ms. Stredder?s agreement was what lead us into your dealership to begin with. Regardless of the circumstances, representatives need to be aware of their surroundings while on duty and exhibit a professional manner at all times, remembering that they represent the organization which employs them, in this case, Audi. Mr. Williamson presented a poor representation of Audi by acting unprofessional towards Ms. Stredder in front of customers, which made both my husband and I very uncomfortable while in the room. The room soon turned silent and hostile. Despite Mr. Williamson?s unprofessionalism, Ms. Stredder kindly nodded her head, with a pleasant smile, and apologetic, she notified him that she was going to speak with the manager. Please remind your staff, that all matters with other employees should always be handled behind closed doors and not in front of your customers. We are confident and optimistic that even behind closed doors, employees are treated respectfully.

I contacted them by email about a preowned car and they replied very fast. The salesman was helpful and knowledgeable. I arranged a visit and checked the car, but was not very fond of the black interior, ended up not going ahead with the purchase. Premises are nice, and they surely move a lot of cars there every month. I didn't feel pressured at any time, all in all was a nice experience.

Helen was awesome! Took care of me right away. I was in and out in 2 hours. She had all the papers work ready, explain everything to me, and left me her number incase I had any question.

I bought this 2014 Audi S7 one year ago with 116kkm. I don’t do lots of driving so I’m at almost 124kkm. It’s been an interesting ownership experience for me since acquiring the vehicle from a BMW dealership, I have a learned its service history. There has been a lot of work done on the car so perhaps I am lucky to be owning it at this point and hope the worse has already happens and it clea sailing. Previous repair orders that I got from the local Audi store dealt with many items. And Include: the whistling nose that comes from the oil separator, the fuel door actuator, two times, all motor mounts, front and rear control arms et al. I also learned that the car had an ECU and TCU tune using Unitronix software. I contacted the company who did that tune and got a pile of info as It also has upgraded sway bars and wheel spacers. The car was originally ordered new with Audi exclusive paint as Daytona grey pearl which was not available on the S7, but rather only on A7 or the RS7. I contacted the selling dealer and got the 2014 order guide to check out options and pricing at the time it was new. I also contacted Audi Canada corporate and got the build sheet on the car and learned the car was manufactured on May 5, 2014 making it one of the last of the C7’s. With this tcu tune, the car has a 5500 RPM launch and does so like a rocket. I believe it’s pushing a 1-4 mile at 11.5 territory with a 0 to 100 km an hour in the mid-threes although I haven’t tested it. Getting back to repairs done, I have also discovered that all 4 camshaft position sensors on one of the banks has been replaced. The brakes were recently done. On another repair order, I learned that the fuel pump, the one in the gas tank, was also replaced. The selling dealership also took care of two check engine light problems that occurred recently after purchase. This includes a new thermostat, which is very expensive, as well as a post catalytic converter oxygen sensor. Further My service experience includes the recall for the oil strainer, which I was told, was in decent shape and not plugged. The service advisor told me in cases where oil strainer damages, and then damages the actual turbos. My strainer was all intact, and as I said, not plugged . I also purchased pre-paid Audi maintenance package. This package covers three service Intervals, including two majors and one minor. They are to occur at around 120k I’m (major and just done) , 135k km and 150 K km. For these three services it only cost me $1595, prepaid. I also contacted uniTronic directly where they offered to transfer the file/information/account into my name for $150 transfer fee which I had not done as yet. If you think this review has a lot of detail you should see the spreadsheet I have made! OK I’m a bit OCD.

Their prices are extremely fair and the selection is bar none. I am yet to come across another dealership that has such a huge selection of the euro cars for under 20k and of course above too. I wanted a hatchback, always been a big fan so I have been looking on and off for a while and when Shift presented me with an Audi A3 Hatch, and it was a hybrid I jumped on it. Only thing that I regret is not finding one with Android Auto build in, if anyone has a recommendation to do that for cheap, let me know
