Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

Excellent as expressed. Mr. Donovan was my advisor and he conducted himself in a manner that was extremely impressive. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He is a front man for this company and he represented himself very well. I appreciate this type service and will continue to return and will share my experience with colleagues.

2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

Matthew Ryan answered the phone when I called about a pre owned vehicle at the Audi dealership. There were complications with getting my husband in whose name we had a car loan to the dealership. Matthew brought the car to our home. We did all the paper work inside with the help of George Awad on the hot day. He returned to the dealership, got the VA plates and returned. He "ubered" back to the dealership. Customer Service doesn't come better than that. He gets 10 stars! Thanks for the help, the ingenuity, flexibility, and ability to accommodate us. We needed it.

Very friendly and good staff. Joe helped me getting my new, but used, car with bery smooth transactions. The finance person was also very helpful on the last step. I give 4 starts because I was not able to talk to anyone after the service. One thing I would recommend is make sure you have all ready before walk out with the car, otherwise, it is hard to reach out to them again. Other than this, 5 star dealership.

Normally car shopping is a chore. No one enjoys it. The pressure to buy. The haggling. Jason was our client advisor and WOW. Very knowledgeable of the cars. Not pushy. Went above and beyond to get us all of the info we needed. Again, NOT pushy whatsoever. It felt like we were just hanging out with a friend and talking about cars. I contacted premier and was contacted via text by Patrick. Set up an appointment for 6/23/23. We live over two 1/2 hours away and hoped find the car. My daughter and I arrived at the dealership to test drive one car and found that the actual car we wanted was being test driven. The car was purchased as we test drove a few other cars. We finished by asking Patrick to pull six vehicles to look at and 4 to test drive. Was impressed with his time and patience. At the end of three hours and unable to find the car we wanted, he was great. Told him the color and model we wanted, but they didn’t have it in stock. Patrick was a good salesman. Not pushing a sale. We will go back. Hopefully they won’t have additional undisclosed fees as stated by others.

Great running car This vehicle has been very reliable and amazing car It handles great, looks great, and moves when you want it to it has Turbo charged engine. MPG is about 30 on the highway. Cargo space with the back seat down is amazing.

My experience with this car has been very positive over the 7+ years that I have owned it. Great reliability, to the point that it feels like an old friend that will not let you down. I do have it dealer serviced every year and the service is expensive, but for this kind of powerful car, it seems like a fair value. At 40000 miles Car needed brake pads and discs - do a lot of short trip stop/go driving. One headlight bulb failed after 6 years and the replacement cost was $350. Seems like a lot for one bulb. Other than those things, no other problems.

Today I had my 2014 Lexus ES 350 Mark Jacobson package serviced for the 80,000 mile checkup. Today my mechanic Camaou surprised me with a video of the work he was performing on my car. What an astonishing idea and extra tool to take care of the customer. After a car accident I was not prepared to buy a new car and it was a stressful experience. However ,I highly recommend Chantilly Audi. It was the first place I went after a friend recommended that location. I wasn't sure About buying the car I saw so I checked out Arlington, Tyson's Corner, and Maryland's dealerships. Maryland was too much of a drive than a hassle to go back to. Tyson's corner was really nice But they didn't have what I was looking for. Arlington had another car I was interested in but I would. My gut feeling about Arlington was not good, the reviews about Arlington are not great and my experience ended up being awful. Not recommended At Chantilly Audi , I also highly recommend Kathy for sales, Who was extremely supportive and knowledgeable. 5 Stars for Kathy!!!! I am so excited about my car!

Very easy clutch to learn with. Gear box is great and the additional 6th gear made for very fuel efficient driving. Does not do very well in a lot of snow but it’s not a Jeep so that was expected.
