Volkswagen Thousand OaksReviews
Volkswagen Thousand Oaks review
A year ago I bought a new ID buzz and overall, the experience has sucked. This 5 star review is specifically for Francisco in the service department. Since day 1 of owning the brand new ID Buzz, the brakes have been TERRIBLE - squeaking and grinding every time I brake. I had brought the car to the Thousand Oaks dealership and the Woodland Hills dealership multiple times for the issue. I had been told that this is a normal problem, the metals they need to use in CA are going to squeak no matter what they do, the hubcaps were designed poorly so there isn't enough ventilation to remove dust and debris from the brakes, that it is my responsibility to be washing the car more and removing dust and debris on the brakes, and overall my complaints had been 100% dismissed. Finally, I gave up and just decided the car is a xxx and I will have to live with it. I brought the car in for unrelated issues and said nothing about the brakes. After this visit, Francisco brought the brakes up to me, noting how horrible they are, which I said I know, but it seems thats just how the brakes are and will always be. He said absolutely not, that is not normal and can be fixed. He is the ONLY person at VW who has actually CARED. He kept me in the loop of the whole process and completely FIXED the "unfixable" brakes. My brakes don't make a PEEP since he fixed them, they truly have not made a single noise since. I always wanted to love the ID Buzz and now I finally do!! I can't give enough praise to Francisco, it is so refreshing to be helped by someone who actually cares. Victor was also very helpful along the process of getting them fixed. Thank you guys! In my opinion, the only two people at VW (Thousand Oaks and Woodland Hills) that actually deserve a 5/5 review. :)

Traded in my Tahoe for this and have loved every minute driving this car! I have one in a car seat, and still have plenty of room. Such a smooth drive. I test drove so many cars and this by far beat them all. You get so much for the money, plus great safety ratings!

Evans Auto BrokerageReviews
Evans Auto Brokerage review
Evans Auto Brokerage will absolutely be my go-to and referral forever. Leo made the entire process of buying a car feel personal, like family, and took all the stress and pain out of it. The team was professional, prompt, and genuinely focused on getting me exactly what I needed to feel safe and confident on the road. The Honda CRV was clean, with everything recently updated and maintained, and better than I could have expected for a used vehicle. They also kept everything at a reasonable value and cost, which I really appreciated. Leo even helped take my old car, making my family and me feel completely taken care of and road-ready. Worth the drive, too. I’ll definitely be back!!
2016 Audi Q5 review
We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

2019 Audi Q5 review
The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

I had an exceptional experience working with Sally at Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas. From the moment I walked in, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right car?not just making a sale. Sally took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, answered all my questions with patience, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out. If you?re looking for someone who is honest, responsive, and truly cares about her clients, I highly recommend asking for Sally. She made what can often be an overwhelming experience feel easy and even enjoyable.

If you want a sporty high-performing car that gets over 100mpg in short trips, this is the car for you! Amazingly corners and the fastest car from a dead-stop of any car I've owned and this is of course due largely to the fact it is a high-performing hybrid.

Paradise Chevrolet review
My Attendent, Rose, took good care of my car's needs on a timely basis. She anticipated my needs and did a good job.
2021 Audi e-tron review
Audi stayed true to its design and esthetics when it come to an electric vehicle. The car is very comfortable and totally feels like an Audi when driving. I especially like the interior and how unlike other ev there is not a giant tablet in the center of the car. I purchased the vehicle with all available options and have not regretted. The cabin is very quiet and isolates the road noise. The BO audio system is crystal clear. I typically drive locally so the range is sufficient for my weekly commute. Charging with level 2 at home is very easy and utilizing a fast charger out and about is typically 20mins. The car has plenty of power when you need it and all the smart functions such as lane assist and collision detection are very helpful. I would recommend the etron to anyone looking for an ev with luxury comfort and performance.

2023 Audi Q4 e-tron review
I recently leased a 2024 Quattro premium plus 55. I have not had the severe issues others mention in reviews, but agree that the electronics and software are sometimes frustrating. It drives nicely for an SUV (I prefer driving small cars). I don’t like the behavior of the brakes. You have to really step on them for the final 5 mph to complete stop — they are not linear. I know VW knows how to do brakes in an EV, because the e-Golf is fantastic. Also annoying are the steering wheel buttons — again, big downgrade from the e-Golf. Overall, happy with the great lease deal I got.

INFINITI of Thousand Oaks review
Was looking at the QX60, and Edwin Alas from Thousand Oaks Infiniti, was the salesperson assisting me. Very friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about all the details of the vehicle. I was looking for a particular color, and a few days later I got a call from Edwin saying the QX60 that I was looking for just came in! Went to look, was exactly what I was looking for! Everyone there was very friendly, from Finance managers,(Christian, Rob), salesperson Edwin! Overall experience was pleasant! Talk about service, I was having issues linking up my garage door, and I text Edwin, thinking he might suggest something, he came to the house on his day off, and linked up the garage door, and asked if I had any other questions about the car! I've had my Q5e for about 19 months and have been very satisfied with this vehicle. The electric charge ranges from 21 up to 30 miles and if AC or heat is used the charge drops quickly but using it in hybrid mode helps at these times. Nice pickup when you want to go and very quiet.

2024 Audi Q8 e-tron review
I purchased my 2024 Audi Q8 E tron about 6 months ago. I wanted to get into an electric car and with the new Q8 update the time was right. When I purchased the car the demand for EV’s was still very high. Audi has some more incentives now that consumers can take advantage of. The SUV is a beautiful luxury vehicle that I highly recommend. I purchased the Prestige package which has everything including massaging seats, color changing interior LED lighting and some other lighting on the exterior. These SUV’s are not cheap but I did not want to regret Geary options so I chose the Prestige trim. The ride, attention to detail and style of this suv is amazing. I get compliments all the time. This is my first EV so I had to learn that you typically should keep the car charged between 20-80%. Keep this in mind when shopping for your EV. The EPA range listed for the Q8 Etron is around 290 miles on a full charge. My driving is a mix of city and highway and there is no way I could ever get anywhere close to that. On a full charge my range is about 240 miles. Now I will say if you drive exclusively in the city you will get better mileage as the car regenerates power with frequent braking. If you drive on highway above 70 mph you will see your mileage drop. So in conclusion I love this suv and it is beautifully put together but I would not recommend if you have to make long trips. We have a ICE car so we can use that for long trips.

I had nothing but a great experience with his dealership from start to finish. The whole process was easy and wonderful. Anthony helped me through every step, and I can't say enough about his professionalism, patients, and kindness. Even the finance department was amazing. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I will definitely be coming back here in the future. The car was everything I claimed to be online, and Anthony was quick to answer any questions I had. The car was very clean and it's obvious they take great pride in what they are having you drive away in.

2023 Audi Q3 review
Very comfortable drive and ride, has all the top shelf features for comfort, technology, safety . Sturdy buttons, interior materials are high class. Can take 89/91 grade gasoline. City drive is 25mpg, highway is upto 32mpg. oil change intervals is 10000mile . Seats in the back recline by adjustment, making it comfortable in long drives. Recently had a 14hour highway drive- was feeling refreshed even at the end of the day. The highway drive at night was not fatiguing to the eyes, likely because the glass quality must be really good compared to other brands. Wish they had a hybrid version to get better mpg or even better, a plug in hybrid version would be welcome for the future. The trunk space is small and can fit only one international size suitcase.

2018 Audi A5 review
2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?
